We have used Swain Hennesey for the purchase and sale of two separate properties within the last year and can highly recommend them. They provide around the clock support and guidance, unlike the majority of estate agents where you are limited to normal office hours.

The perfect independent agents
I was on the market some time with another agent, not receiving the greatest of services. I viewed a property that SH were selling and the agents enthusiasm was infectious, so much so I swapped to SH. Sold on the first accompanied viewing. Cannot fault their service. They know their properties inside and out.
