I’ve been living in the HMO Howard Gardens for 2+ years and it was probably the most stable and fair place I lived in while at Cardiff.

For that time, They only increased rent by 10 pounds. Most of the housemates were lovely! Emma was always lovely to me when i reported maintenance issues. The guy they sent over was lovely too.

Unfortunately they had to sell the property but gave us 6 months notice to vacate the property (in line with Welsh rent laws). When people started asking questions, they were honest to us from the beginning. Helped us through this difficult time by showing us other properties they have and other properties from landlords/landladies they know.

They even guaranteed our deposit and offered us a removal van (free of charge) to get from point A to point B if we moved before Christmas. They definitely kept their promise.

If they had another HMO free in the areas I wanted, i would of stayed with them. I would recommend CS Properties if you rent from them as they are not like most letting agents.

Would rent from them again!

CS Properties are excellent estate agents.
I recently used them to sell my family home. Their professional and prompt service, from valuation to final negotiation, reassured me that I was in good hands.
Emma and the team secured two offers from the first two viewings. Their friendly approach enabled them to build strong relationships with the successful bidder and their solicitors. They are also excellent communicators and kept everyone fully informed throughout the sale.
I have no hesitation in commending them to others, a testament to my confidence in their services.

CS Properties have provided a first class service managing my property for over 8 years through several long term tenancies. Consistently going beyond what I expect of a property management company.

My flat mate and I had a great experience with CS Properties. Communication was always open and any issues were more or resolved instantly. I have experienced some awful agencies previously, so it was really refreshing to have such a well organised agency who communicated regularly and acted fast to any issues. Our only issue is that we had to find another agency as there was no properties available that met our criteria once our tenancy ended! Which is a shame as we were very happy with CS Properties. Huge thank you to Taylor who had been amazing throughout our tenancy. I would like to wish CS Properties a very successful future.
