Just the way I was treated very good

I'd definitely recommend Stafford Audi to friends and family because the personal attention given with no pressure was excellent in particular the sales executive Georgina Hazelgrove was professional and made everything go smoothly she was indeed excellent.

Dylan was lovely and very helpful he didn’t pressure us into buying a car and was so helpful to finding what suited us

The care both before and after was excellant everything was fully explained and there was no pressure put on to buy

Purchased a diesel 5008 less than a year old. It is supposed to come with a 3 year warranty from new. My only issue is that the system no longer warns me of speed cameras. When I phoned to ask for assistance in resetting this, I was told that Swansway couldn't deal with the issue as it is a Peugeot issue!! Whatever that means. Now I have been informed that to have the speed camera warning reset on the vehicle, I have to pay an extra ongoing fee for Connected Services. I don''t remember the salesman informing me of this when the car was purchased, however I do remember him telling me that the car had speed camera warning. Apparently, the speed camera warning operates for the first 6 months of ownership then lapses without warning from the car, or from Peugeot. I feel that even though the car is still under warranty (for whatever that's worth) many important issues aren't covered. The issues that aren't covered are undoubtedly the most common ones. Buyer beware!

Darren was a wonderful salesman with full knowledge of the vehicle he was selling, we were fully informed at all times and the documents and attention to detail was top notch, would definatley recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The car was not the most expensive compared to your normal sale. But I felt that the salesman (Tom Sneade) valued my custom equally. Lovely car.

I went to Swansway Peugeot knowing what model I was interested in, I was greeted by the team but left to have a look around without being ambushed. And from asking for a key to have a look inside a car to leaving with it a handful of days later. I couldn't be happier with the service
