I wanted to write this review after owning this jacket for a few years (ive had it since 2022). I Absolutely love my jacket and how versatile it is. Ive had this jacket + panels for years now and the quality is still so beautiful!! I get so many compliments on it and it’s such a conversation starter! I will definitely be buying more as I seen on their instagram that they have new art that dropped since the last time I purchased😍

Love them! Customer service is great and of course the product is top notch. I have two jackets and many swaps and I get compliments all the time.

Best present ever. The swap team made an incredible custom swap for my friend of his movie poster. The quality of the jacket and swap was excellent and they hit the mark. They were so easy to work with. Will be purchasing more in the future.

The jacket I received was well-made and wonderfully structured. Unfortunately, I ordered a size too big, but the team was able to assist me in quickly exchanging the jacket for a smaller size. The swaps, or back panels, add so much personality and character.

Absolutely love it. The customer service was great. I’ve made a couple orders now. Everything‘s amazing, gets here perfectly. No problem and the styles are just so cool.

The item was unsatisfactory, the panels didn't fit in well and a gap and part of the zip was exposed. So I returned everything even paying the really high postage and they stole 80 quid by only refunding me half of what I paid. So I have paid 120 pounds to try on a badly made jacket and return it. Such a terrible company.

Have one for myself and I got this as a gift for my boyfriend recently and he's crazy obsessed with it. It's very high quality and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it!!

I created custom patches for my husbands hoodie. I ordered it a little after Black Friday and got it in time for Christmas. When I received them, the colors were off (yellow and dark). I messaged SwapWear and they immediately responded. They were very friendly and worked to get a resolution right away. They replaced the discolored patches quickly and stayed in continuous communication with me to make sure I got them and was satisfied. While errors are never fun, this company’s customer service in finding a resolution was amazing. I’m so excited to give this gift to my husband for his birthday!

I have nothing but great things to say about SwapWear. The concept of interchangeable panels on quality made jackets and hoodies is worth the investment. I have ordered multiple times and the latest one has been the best customer service I've had from any company in recent memory. I wanted to create a custom panel and had issues with the file size. The SwapWear Team contacted me and offered to process the original JPEG file and edit for me to meet QA printing requirements. They quickly completed it and sent the order within days. The whole experience was effortless for me; the outstanding results have now made me a life-long fan and customer. I will turn more photographs into custom panels now I have seen how even pics that weren't perfect, can still turn out impressive. Every photographer and artist should be checking out this company for wearable art.

This jumper was recently purchased for my birthday, It was the only thing I had asked for because for birthdays we only have a $50 dollar limit for gifts to save on money, so this is all I wanted as it's only my mum and two aunties. I just asked them to put the $150 towards this and it's literally the coolest thing I have ever owned. The different patterns I got were amazing and are so sick I want to display them like posters. But the fact I get to rock them in public is 1000x better, I even got a little pin with it so I'm so grateful for the team at swapwear for making my 22nd birthday the best ever. Love you guys ❤️.

Had to change my shipping address and they were able to help me out quickly. I got both the jacket and hoodie with some swaps. I was concerned about the quality and how the hardware would feel on my back. Luckily the quality is incredible and the hardware is positioned in a way where it doesn't really bother me as much. Worth the dime.

The quality is incredible! The swaps are the perfect way to add some color to your outfits without going over the top with it. I got both the denim jacket and the hoodie and the swaps work across both of them easily. My girlfriend steals my jacket every chance she gets.

These guys are awesome! I've had my jacket for about 3 months now and the quality is amazing. I have gotten multiple compliments on it and I enjoy swapping out the patches for different looks. Customer service is quick and helpful. I needed to exchange my jacket for a size bigger originally and they sent me a shipping label with zero hassle and had me ship mine and they shipped a new bigger one for free. I am in love with the work they do and will continue to support them and their artists in the future.

The product looks even better in person, the quality, workmanship, detail in the craft work, high quality finish and value for money, it’s one or maybe the best buy you’ll make.
The Swappable art is also on its own level, the incredible detail, the selection of designs and the fact you can change your whole outfit with one jacket is amazing. The Swappable art fits to the jacket seamlessly, completely unnoticeable that it’s swap art. 😍
Even the customer support is faultless, a slight mishap on my part but I emailed the support team and they contacted me immediately and offering to help and still provide a 100% great experience.
