The value of sweatcoin drops so fast that even with significant steps per day the value of your total goes does.

I accumulated 4000 Sweatcoin‘s, not a lot but still 4000 coins.
Not sure what happened to my Sweatcoin app if I was supposed to register something, but the app wouldn’t let me move forward or go onto my standard homepage so Sweatcoin said reopen the app so when I closed the app down and reopened it all my Sweatcoin’s was gone and a new app opened as if I was a new customer.
Extremely disappointed and the worst thing of all when I tried to get in contact with Sweatcoin customer service you can’t just wondering if anyone’s adding any similar experience mating Sweatcoin and then it all gets taken away or vanishes and you cannot get it back.

No rewards, it's only waste of time, avoid

Ich bin premium und zahle im Jahr für die App. Bin schon einige Jahre dabei, leider hat sich die App. Extrem verschlechtert, Hilfe kann man nicht mehr anfragen, schon garnicht in Deutsch. Das war früher alles ganz anders!
Man hat sofort Hilfe bekommen, wenn die App. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer, die Bewegung nicht registriert hat.
Es wurde auch gesagt, dass es auch Fahrrad fahren registriert, heute bin ich den ganzen Tag auf dem Bike unterwegs gewesen und es hat etwas mehr als 700 Schritte registriert 👎🏼
Ich bin enttäuscht 😞
Es hat mir immer Spaß gemacht, aber die letzten Monate waren schräg.
Ich werde sogar per Email verwarnt, dass ich rausgeworfen werde, weil angeblich keine Bewegung stattfinden würde!!!
Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn der Support von Sweatcoin sich melden würde und mir weiterhilft.

The development & testing of this app is pathetic. I design and manage such app's for organisations and frankly we would be mortified to deliver an App of such poor quality. Tried it on IOS and Android and it doesn't work well and support is non existent telling you to contact your handset manufacturer, basically you're on your own. As an example, a recent update meant that when you got an 80% discount for a scratch card, it displayed the cost would be 1.6 sweat coins rather than 0.4. sweat coins, really basic errors. It doesn't count steps correctly, it doesn't give Sweat since a recent update, it displays questionable financial adverts featuring Martin Lewis and Deborah Meaden, it has been monetised heavily via Ads so you get more 'rewards' from watching Ads than walking steps and the 'Rewards' have no value. The associated Sweat Wallet app again gives more 'Rewards' for watching Ads rather than walking but again the rewards are worthless. There are much better App's out there if you want to record your exercise.

Ich erhielt eine offizielle Benachrichtigung von Sweatcoin, dass ich 750 $ in einem Super-Draw Gewinnspiel gewonnen habe. Der Button zur Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns in der E-Mail war jedoch komplett defekt und öffnete lediglich die App, ohne den Einlöseprozess auszulösen.

Ich habe diese technische Fehlfunktion umgehend dem Support per E-Mail und über Discord gemeldet. Obwohl ich sogar Bildschirmaufnahmen des defekten Links zur Verfügung gestellt habe, ignorierte das Support-Team meine Nachfragen danach einen ganzen Monat lang.

Das Ergebnis? Ihr automatisiertes System stornierte meinen Gewinn mit der Begründung, die Einlösefrist sei abgelaufen. Ich wurde hier faktisch für die defekte Infrastruktur von Sweatcoin und den völlig untätigen CS bestraft.

Ich habe eine formelle Beschwerde eingereicht und eine finale 7-Tage-Frist für eine manuelle Klärung und Auszahlung gesetzt. Anstatt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, ließ das Management die Frist verstreichen und verschickt bis heute nur automatisierte "Wir prüfen das noch"-Antworten.

Dieses Vorgehen ist massiv irreführend. Es werden hohe Gewinne beworben, defekte Links versendet, die eine Einlösung unmöglich machen, und anschließend automatisierte Fristabläufe als Ausrede genutzt, um die Auszahlung zu verweigern. Absolute Warnung vor diesen Gewinnspielen!

I’ve been a Sweatcoin member since 2018 with very few issues and most of that time as a premium subscription member. However , I’m highly disappointed that despite having paid for a premium subscription through August, the app downgraded me to a regular free membership (no perks/less coins) and the app creators/developers have not responded to numerous requests to fix my subscription issue.

It doesn’t matter if you are a Premium user or using the free plan – the app steals steps, shows incorrect step counts, and often fails to properly credit Sweatcoins. It constantly bugs out, freezes, and becomes almost unusable.

I have been using this app for 3 years, including 1 full year as a Premium subscriber. During all that time I have not earned a single cent or received any meaningful reward. Meanwhile, the app pushes an insane amount of ads. I have watched up to 100 ads a day just to try to claim Sweatcoins, and many times after watching the ads the app simply glitches and the coins disappear or are never credited.

This app feels designed to waste your time, show you ads, and give nothing in return. The promises sound good, but the reality is constant bugs, inaccurate tracking, and zero real rewards.

🚩 RECOMMENDATION FOR EVERYONE:
Do NOT install this app. It is a complete waste of time and data.

A complete and total scam… the moment I won $5 the site to claim it was “down” and no email was ever sent with my voucher. I emailed Yulia and the Sweatcoin team multiple times and I was completely ignored. These people are scammers. They want you to watch their ads, but they have no intention of giving you anything! The moment you win they go dead quiet. Please do not waste your time on this pathetic app!!!

Sweatcoin is tegenwoordig alleen maar een berg advertenties waar je sweatcoins voor krijgt als je bereid bent veel advertenties te bekijken. Daarnaast moet je tegenwoordig betalen als je premium lid wilt zijn en dus meer waardeloze sweatcoins krijgt. Als je betaalt kun je ook meer kans maken bij een loterij.
Er is ook een veiling maar je kunt maar met 100 sweatcoins per keer verhogen. Dat maakt het bijna onmogelijk de veiling te winnen. Ik heb meer dat 70000 sweatcoins (verdiend in 8 jaar lopen) maar daar kom je dus echt niet van af. De andere reclame aanbiedingen kun je veelal ook krijgen zonder sweatcoins bij de aanbieder.
Het is inmiddels dus mer een advertentie app waarbij het oorspronkelijk doel, zoveel mogelijk stappen maken, ondergeschikt is geworden. Ik was premium maar ik stop ermee in ieder geval.
Dan heb je ook nog Sweat wallet waarin je crypto kan verdienen door te lopen. Die crypto is volstrekt waardeloos. Ben er ook helemaal klaar mee om al die advertenties te moeten bekijken (waarmee je dus meer sweatcoins krijgt dan met lopen).

tremenda estafa, una estrella viene siendo mucho para una app tan denigrante como está, me hicieron invitar gente dar 10.000 pasos y al final solo pusieron "detectamos que eres bot, neta que descaro más grande que tipo de bot puede invitar a 5 personas reales de WhatsApp, más bien acepten que se les sale el hambre y lo peor es cuando contacte con el soporte de ayuda les mandé captura y que hicieron?, borraron de mi cuenta el apartado y me ignoraron

I have been using this app for many years and I have never earned anything.
When I try to redeem rewards, they always say the reward is out of stock.
I do a lot of steps for nothing.
I will change my review when I actually earn something.

What a waste of an app. You can google and get there rewards or use a blue light card.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IT!

Everything is working as advertised, however, the partners offers are no longer showing in my app. I deleted and reinstalled, logged back into my account - still nothing. i also updated my app - still nothing.

Adoro questa applicazione! Penso che sia un ottimo incentivo per non restare fermi, ma essere sempre in movimento e sentirsi in forma.

If you dont look at your balance for more than 1 mount all your sweat will be gone and in theyr pokets y had 1500 sweat now its 10,bunch of scamers dont try this ap whaste of time.

I have been a user of Sweatcoin since July 2020 and Troublemaker subscriber.
I use the app every day as I walk at least 10 kilometres each day. The boost feature available for two periods of 20 minutes regularly fails. I can sometimes receive the bonus for one of the boosts, rarely both and sometimes neither, as has happened today. This is very frustrating and has been occurring for some time now. I can't begin to calculate the amount of sweatcoins I have lost because of this fault. Come on Sweatcoin get this sorted for your users.
