My order took about a month to arrive, and I was told extra candy would be included to make up for the delay. However, when the package finally showed up, it had already been opened. Since this is food, that’s a serious concern—I don’t feel comfortable eating anything from it.

I reached out to customer service about the issue and requested a refund, but I haven’t received any response at all.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience—long shipping, poor packaging/security, and no customer support follow-up. I hope they improve their service, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Very Long waiting

Delayed 10 days on shipping and had to pay $80 in customs on a $90 order. Not worth it

The bag wasn't sealed properly during shipping and the candy was hard as a rock. Disgusting.

Order received extremely late, only after several weeks after placing the order, even though I had paid for express shipping. I tried to contact them to ask for their help and never even heard back from the customer service team. Really disappointing to have paid so much for such lack of service. The candy itself came really hard as well and wasn’t good.

Horrible product. Not at all as advertised. Way too expensive for what was delivered.
Two crappy plastic bags with all the candies fused together. No gift box. You could have done a much better job for that amount of money.
Over two weeks of delivery?
Will not recommend it to anyone.
