I have had an excellent experience with Sweepnext. There is a wide variety of games, a sign up bonus and daily sign in bonuses.
The customer service is great! Feels like they are truly involved in wanting to make sure customers feel heard. I haven't redeemed anything yet but I'm hoping to soon and will update this review with my experience.

Honestly this platform has earned all 5 stars from me, from the big wins and lovely bonuses it gives out, I missed my birthday bonus and reached out to them the day after(wasn't watching my email hard enough) but all it took was reaching out and they still honored my birthday bonus which was awesome! And I completely support this platform ♥️

I like sweepnext but I hate payout timing it is by far the worst in my opinion I've just started playing again I won 300 hoping there'd be some change on redemption timing but no absolutely there has been no change 😕 😔 that really sucks because everything else is cool well except chat bot amber uhh 😩 never able to chat with real person is also aggravating sweepnext please do better by your players this is pretty much a common complaint why not work on changing that almost evey other platform redemption timing is a couple days at the most while your platforms payout timing is a week/s it could be awesome if payout timing was faster just saying...

Although i still haven't heard anything update about my issue, I can only imagine how many issues come through daily, Tiffany was very helpful and pasted to to relevant team swiftly and was so kind to give a gift for my troubles which didn't have to be give. I recently won on Sweepnext and tried to verify my account but didn't pass their criteria. When I asked what the problem was I never got a reason. I tried contacting customer support ( AMBER ) which was nothing but automated answers telling me I would have a chance to verify to just wait and I would receive an email. I sent MANY emails asking why I failed to verify and when would I get a chance to submit my documents. I just kept getting emails that said the decision was final. Well I figured some of it out myself when I verified for all the other casinos with no problem. I still think Sweepnext is a SCAM! They then suspended my account so I lost the $175! SWEEPNEXT is the WORST ONLINE casino. Their was and is no reason I didn't passed their criteria. I bet if I would of verified before I won they would of found another excuse not to pay me.

Always fun to play never a dull moment payouts are quick staff / support is very responsive and willing to help any way they can.... Shout out to Michael Baxter for being an amazing host!

Very confusing about what your eligible for as far as promotions and special events, then there is the whole point system thing. I dont have enough points to participate in the Easter egg event but how do I get them and how many do I need.....
