Sad, But True!
UPDATE #3 I was able to speak to Michael Baxter through Messenger, and he was more than supportive about my case. He is going to elevate this again because my account does state as being completed, and said he'll get back to me no later than Monday. Update #4 coming soon...UPDATE #2 I tried to go change my Redemption from a bank payout to a Visa card but because it already says completed it will not let me change it so now I am at the mercy of Sweepnext and I just have to wait it out....UPDATE: 3/27: I still have not received my $100 Redemption. After several emails and several conversations with Michael Baxter the VIP manager through Messenger I still have not received the payout. Michael Baxter emailed me and stated that he had a conversation with his payout team and they stated that they did pay it out but then I received an email from their customer service who stated that it takes about 10 days. I had received an email a couple of days prior to that and customer service agent told me it takes 48 hours for a payout so you see people, sweepnext is so wishy-washy and they do not have it all together! I am so done! I have decided to cancel my Redemption and choose a Visa card Redemption so that I at least get my payout because this is ridiculous. I have never waited so long for a $100 pay out from any sweepstakes Casino. And after reading a lot of other reviews seems like everyone else has the same problem. Sweepnext you need to get it together! If you would correct your redemptions problem you would definitely have an on point sweepstakes casino and have so many more five-star ratings!***On 3/21 I submitted a Redemption for $100. That's it, just $100. Today is 3/26, and still nothing! Sweepext is notorious for this. About 3 months ago I won $1,000 which was the first time I played on their site, and due to the fact that my VIP status was in the beginning stages I could only redeem $100 a day. The customer service are Bots. Now they have someone by the name of Michael Baxter who is supposed to be the VIP manager, but apparently he has no pull because I have messaged him multiple times on Messenger, and I still don't have my redemption. Their website is a cool website and it's fun to play at, but when it comes to redemptions, forget it! They don't pay out. After this episode, I won't play at Sweepnext again! Don't waste your time or money because you will wait a long time for your winnings. Sad but true!

Instant pay redemptions….. LoL day 6 and still no updates
After 5 days still waiting for my redemption to be precessed. I get nowhere in the chats with “Amber” waiting for hours for reps to do their jobs! Had to fill out w9 to begin my process of getting my winnings. Gave all my info to them, people and this company I don’t know and now I feel like I don’t trust. I hope I’m identity isn’t getting stolen while waiting for this “instant pay” redemption! Unbelievable! I will update review after I see results… please advise where it says 10 business days… your “instant pay” isn’t instant!

I find the variety of games to be extensive and the games pay out pretty decent as well. First time players get 85sc for like $30 which is awesome and my first day I won over 800 in like 3 hours. Only thing is I wish that the deals on the coin packages were as good for returning players as the welcome package. I would play this app more if the deals were better.

This app was great! Customer service was more than helpful. Anytime I sent a msg to them they replied back to me within seconds. When I asked to talk to someone (a human). Immediately sent me to one of their reps. Put in for a redemption and was in my account with a cple days. Some other social casino apps I've waited a week or 2 to receive my redemptions. Some even longer. Thanks to Tiffany for pushing my redemption thru.

Absolutely love this site it has become my favorite. The slots are great
The slots are great! Love the graphics and have my favorites that I play but they have a great variety that you can choose from. The daily bonus is a little lacking as mostly you just get GC coins and rarely any SC coins. Love when they have sales on coins. Great customer service!

I’ve been able to redeem twice now on this app. I had been concerned because the second redemption had not gone through after several days. I contacted the support department and Tiffany addressed the issue immediately s as nd the next morning the funds are available to me.
