It seemed like an overall good site has potential until it came to cashing out when I went to hit my redemption I was expecting a day maybe three but it is going on the second week of March and I initially started my redemption February 17th.... After speaking with a bot Amber the multiple times in customer support with no avail I found an email to customer support saying you know if I don't get some answers here I'm going to leave a bad review because this is ridiculous I don't want other people to go through this if this is a fake site or a scam. I got a response back saying that they're having a hard time pushing it to a card so if I cancel my redemption and then switch it to a payout virtual card it would work a lot faster so I did that and it said I was approved for it and I should be getting an email from payouts.com with my virtual card almost immediately and I didn't think anything of it I checked back a week later and it's still not here and I don't see anything and it's still Amber and she's not doing anything and I'm pretty mad right now

It's been so long since I've played on the site that I can't even remember anything about it except for it's now been 3 weeks since I made a redemption and it's still in processing. I went on their instant chat and asked for an update on my redemption everyday for the last week. Each time they say they're going to mark it urgent forward it on (to where I can't remember) except for tonight their answer was different. Here's how my conversation went...I've copied and pasted it below.

Hi amber. I apologize ahead of time but I'm starting to get really pissed and fed up with waiting for my redemption that I made on the 16th of February. I messaged support everyday but nothing is still happening. It's still pending even. Not even processed yet. I'm not going to put money into a game that doesn't pay out if that's what they're waiting for? I'm going to make a review on trustpilot I guess.

Seems to be the only way to get anybody's attention anymore.

I'll update my review if I ever receive my redemption.

Currently still waiting for a redemption I applied for on January 26th.
Two weeks ago, customer support said it would be sent last week.
I’ve currently been being ignored since last Thursday, when I’m simply asking for proof of payment or admission of the payment not being sent. So that I know what to expect.
I’m fully verified. I’ve received multiple payments from them before.
This is not the first time I’ve been made to wait over a month for a redemption, though this is the longest they have made me wait. It will be six weeks on Monday.
I won money from the site in early November of last year and I still have not managed to get all of the money out. Redemption size is limited, they go out of their way not to approve them in the “few days” mentioned in TOS, and It seems as though each redemption gets held up longer than the last one.
Customer support told me in early December that they would set up a weekly payment plan and have all of my money to me by end of year. Yet here I am in March of the following year waiting a month or more at a time for approvals and just straight up being ignored 🤷‍♂️

Don’t expect to get paid. It’s been 2 weeks for me at this point. My redemption was only $100, nothing big. Support is unhelpful and always says the same thing “we’re marking it as urgent” but that never goes anywhere. With as many other trustworthy platforms as there are, there’s no reason to deposit here. Avoid at all costs. Scam.

In regards to Sweepnext response- it’s been well over a month. Ive reached out on 5 separate occasions and get the same run around every time. They don’t pay, don’t play here.

IT literally took this casino almost a month to pay me out my redemption. I would hate see how long they would delay paying out a big jackpot.

Game play was fine. Nothing special. I do like the reward system they have to earn extra bonuses. However redemption timing is absolutely absurd. With how many other competitors having a substantially shorter wait time, this is definitely a deal breaker for me

Still waiting to be paid out for 2 weeks you win they don't want to pay it but they are quick to take your money selling legal advice on this because in pa anything under 1500 is small claims court when it's above it them it's larceny and then it's the big courts so don't trust them at all they don't okay fair

This casino is horrible! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I've been waiting a month for my redemption. A MONTH!! It sits in pending. amber the ai gives me the same answer every time. Flagged for urgent review. I complain every week, still the same answer. If you want to get paid, I would recommend any other casino but this one. High 5, crown coin, baba, scarlet, jackpota, ect

This gaming site is actually good. I won $100 the first time playing. But the payout time is slow never had to wait this long for a small amount on any other site I play. I was considering to continue playing but it feels like a waste of time of they take so long to payout.

Update: still haven't received my redemption and today is March 2nd. This is ridiculous!

I can't get the bot to let me talk to a human and the bot has flagged my redemption for urgent but it's been 10 days now and it's still pending .....annoying to say the least

Been waiting 10 days for a push to card minimum redemption of 100. I'll never play here again and the customer service is horrible.

I thought this would be my main platform but after a week and still waiting for my redemption I don't think I will be buying any more packages..it's other platforms with the same games that actually pay in a timely manner and not keep saying that my redemption has been pushed to emergency..it's like they got to hustle up the money to pay people..my experience with this platform is not a good one.
