I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about this gaming platform. Hopefully I will be back with positive things to say....

So I been waiting since the 21st to get my redemption. Every other experience has been ok except for the slow redemption process

A little hang up with redemption promptly but support was amazing and as soon as I did ACH bank transfer they pushed it right in through and were very helpful through my process

Horribly buggy website it’s honestly so crap. Just stick to steak or some other website where they actually make the UI work properly if you’re gonna rob me at least do it right horrible horrible experience. I was doing expensive buy a bonuses and it still took me 10 minutes to drain my money that’s how crap the and buggy it is.

Well I’m giving 5 stars because overall I am very pleased. This may be long but it’s a real experience. I got a login bonus a few days in row and ended up winning over $240 in a few days. I requested a gift card and a cash withdrawal. My gift card was processed with 24 hours but my cash sat for several days. I emailed support and they responded immediately- chat seemed like AI to me and didn’t move the needle - ..Support told me to cancel my debt card withdrawal and ask for another gift card or ACH. Which I reluctantly did as I’ve waited days. But my new gift card was sent within 20 minutes. I guess gift cards are the fastest option. Overall, I’m very happy. Received over $200 with never making a deposit. I will play there again. good luck everyone and give them a chance.

The support team here did everything that they could do for me and went as far as they could. I personally received several emails from the support team (Tiffany) on my status, where we was at, at the current moment! Excellent, thank you for your service!

I had high hopes for this one but think I will stick with the casinos I play on the regular. I thought I would give these guys a try and the site itself and selection of games is pretty good. The customer service is there and they respond. But when it comes to redemption process time oh my God these guys are as bad as baba casino. Slower than a turtle. In my opinion if you looking for a casino to play and want instant redemption then go with luckyhands or gold machine. If you want same day redemption then go with mcluck or hello millions. If I can ever get my redemption from these guys I'm going to have to pass on ever playing here again. Wish I could have rated it better and added them to my daily play but I always give them a try before I dive in and if they fell that trail then that's where I cut them.

My redemption was handled personally and with great care the entire time.

Same issue as many on this site. I redeemed 100 dollars 12 days ago, keep getting the same message every time I chat with customer service.... "I'll add an emergency to your redemption request" for the past 5 days... I like the games but will not buy any coins again.... too many other sites have much better service.
Edit: It's now been 15 days, still no redemption, just more chats to no avail..... waited for 25 minutes on the chat for a support representative that Amber was supposed to connect me to before I gave up. Horrible experience. Even if I ever get my $100. redemption I will not ever spend money on this site.

I have been waiting almost two weeks for my payout of $100. They keep saying they are going to escalate it, but still nothing

I did finally receive my payout, so at least they eventually get around to it and don't completely rip you off

Customer service actually responded quickly very helpful highly recommend...

Michelle with customer service, really made it a breeze to get my redemption fast and then followed through with a follow up email to let me know she personally sent it to the finance team for processing. Very impressed with them!

Received an email from Jennifer claiming to be with sweepnext. Was offered incentives for a good review. I did my part and then Jennifer stopped responding. I never got any incentive. Which makes me think they are dishonest and most likely run thier business similarly.

Was told most payouts are 1-2 days. It’s been over 5-6 days now. Zero communication. AI support is just a run around saying they keep putting “urgent review” of payout. No emails or follow ups since then and still no payout.

I like the casino but I have been waiting over 5 days to receive my payout of 100.00. I have contacted support and that doesn't help cuz they won't put uou in touch with a human. This an add on to the previous review above. So i canceled the 100 I originally won and hit 150 from that, cashed out for 100 and played on 50 which I won the grand jackpot which was 1300+. It took me this long to get my payout even with CS and an agent (Jennifer) working on my case to get it paid. I guess if you wanna call it effort on their part for taking way longer than it should have and them not giving updates then its a place for you. I really enjoyed the casino but in the end I got a 600 gift card which I had trouble making purchases with and when I got the 700 sent to my PayPal I had tobpay a $35 fee. To me that fee should have been on them and not out of my payout.

The gameplay as far as I am concerned is exactly what I want. However, the redemption process seems to be flawed. Hopefully this will change and if so I will update my review. The problem is, is the redemption process is flawed, even if everything else is A+, customers ultimately play on these sites to ultimately redeem prizes and have fun along the way. If the redemption process doesn't happen as easily as the deposit process customers will lose trust in the site.

It’s been almost 2 weeks into the redemption process and I still haven’t received anything. I gave them all the paperwork needed and was approved before redemption even started. 2 weeks almost and redemption still pending. Customer service keeps giving me same vague message. It’s probably a bot not answering my question. Very frustrating.ill let you know when or if I get my redemption today as they claim and claimed days ago.

Ok so the games are great, promos are awesome...BUT my only real complaint is the amount of time im having to wait for my "cashout."
As far as online casinos go, this specific platform SweepNext Official Casino has had me waiting for 3 days now to receive my redemption!! I've spoke to customer service MULTIPLE TIMES, 2 days ago they said that they'd make my redemption request "urgent" just to help it out of the pending stage!? YET ... it is still currently in the pending stage.
With all things considered along with giving a fair review , I'd like to give this platform a 5 star review, but the only way that'll change is if i receive my redemption today or at the very least for it to be out of the pending stage today !?.
But until then ... unfortunately my review will remain at a 3 star. Should I have to wait any more I will lessen the star review accordingly.

Awesome gambling site! Their support is awesome! No complaints here so far! A go to for sure!

First, I decided to not listen to the one star reviews and give sweepnext a chance. The site is smooth and have a ton of providers after playing for a couple weeks. I was assigned a VIP manager Michael. Michael has kept me around and has been able to help me with bonuses and has been patient with me as I have been very needy lol. He responds immediately and always tries to help me out.

I have yet to make a redemption so I’m not sure about redemption times I have a personal redemption amount of 1000 that I try to hit before doing so and I haven’t quite made it there yet. I’m sure Michael will expedite or help get that pushed through quicker than some of the ranges that I see on these review reviews I will update once I do a redemption.

Pretty legit site. Wide range of games they offer. And got some sweet constant email promotion I like. Better then most sites out there.
