Do not do the push to card option they will tell you there is delays email the support they will get you right

Customer service seemed to actually respond which was nice. Redemption time was real slow but at least the communication was there. Nice selection on games and decent deals.
Will continue to test out more of the site down the line maybe, hope the crashes become less of an issue.

Also only changed the review because they finally paid me out. So beware of that.

I love the games they have and have won several times -had some issues redeeming and Michael Baxter helped me to get it all figured out. He’s one of a kind when it comes to customer service.

I had an issue of not getting the win amount from a slot, I talked to customer support and they were quickly on it to fix the problem literally within a few hours the money was credited to my account. Very glad to be on this cite and I'm definitely impressed on the speed of the process. Thank you so much and hopefully this will help others its safe to trust this cite.

I really hate having to give it 1 star.. everything about it sucked. They lure you in and give you free stuff and don’t ask for anything but your card number but god help you if you try and redeem anything they will run a probe up your ass to verify it’s you and still not pay you. They actually deleted my account and took all my money. They are a joke a scam and down right trash. I’ve played dice in back ally’s with more honest people. Do not play this site is 100% a scam and I won’t stop till they are shut down. F@&k you Swerpnext

Customer support is just a bot. Redemption time frames are long with push to card redemption. At every other sweepstakes push to card is roughly 24 hours. Sweepnext comes up with excuses for longer processing times. Saying the bank, the volume of redemption, the security checks, the list goes on. Told me to come back in 9 days if I havent received my redemption. After 4 days its still not approved!! STAY AWAY FROM SWEEPNEXT!

Update #1 Still have not received my redemption! Still never approved! Customer support said there terms state 10 days after approval for redemption yet here we are 5 days in with no approval! So I wonder how long it will actually take for redemption. Customer support finally reached back out stating they are having issues causing delays in push to card and bank redemptions so I can wait with more delays or switch to there pre pay card but by switching it will restart the entire redemption process and you will not be able to use the card at some merchants....all I have to say is WOW! Poor customer service. If you are having issues tell people that or do not allow that redemption type at this time. I switched to card so we will see if I get it or if its just another excuse to not pay out! I've played a lot of other casinos and I've never had this much trouble or even this long for a redemption to be fully processed. Spinpals will transfer to bank INSTANTLY! Even newer platforms like sweepico I get in around 12 hours! This platform is terrible! All these people saying they love the games....most other places have the exact same ones but without redemption issues! I will not be buying or playing on this platform again. I will update if I receive the pre pay.

I did a redemption request on 2/1 but I still haven't received it yet. My account is already verified and I have sent in required paperwork. Every time I go to contact it's always the AI chatbot. I sent an email but they just keep saying to wait a little longer. I chose the push to card option. The majority of sweeps coins casinos never take this long. I see other users having the same issues.

Support has emailed me back. However they are still saying there is a delay in the push to card option. Meaning it will still take several more days to receive my redemption. I will update again when I have more info.

UPDATE 2/11
I ended up cancelling the redemption and choosing the payout card option this morning. The funds were in the payout card but the end of the day. It's not the option I originally wanted to go with but it was done quickly.

I think the costumer service has been amazing and makes platform a smooth and safe place to enjoy gambling safe and having fun
