This is honestly one of my very favorites. Its new to me but I have had a great experience from the start. Consistent wins and I cashed out the first day I signed up well I requested it anyway but I think it was the very next day or maybe the day after. It was the weekend too. I redeemed again and it was there less than 48 hrs for a weekday. Its a pretty straightforward site and I like it. Just overall good experience.

My experience with sweepspot was absolutely fantastic!!! I couldn't believe that I received my winnings as fast as I did, I have been screwed over so many times, but not by sweepspot they did me right!!!

They offer good deals and they have fun games to play. When there was a issue with processing my withdraw, the support team was very nice and helped manual process it.

Signed up to their website, instantly my account was suspended and it claimed to contact customer support. This was their response "we are unable to proceed with your account creation at this time and therefore you are unable to play on our site." What a terrible response to recieve when I dont even understand what I've done wrong or why I was suspended in the first place. Stay away

With today's world even with a customer having a reasonable complaint you always get that corporate bull. They offer decent packages from time to time. I recently played up to a redemption (twice) and had a problem with the plaid service a few weeks ago. At first I was worried but I reached out to support and they manually did the transfer for me. I played up to redemption again a few days ago and was still having trouble with the bank transfer. Plaid is still having trouble with their redemptions but customer support once again initiated another manual transfer to my bank. The fact that they have helped me manually redeem twice now is great to see. The first redemption hit my bank within 2-3 days or so I don't really remember. I am now waiting on my second redemption but am not worried based on the responsiveness of customer service.

Horrible gaming site can’t even message support because it gives you an error then they offer you $50 worth of coins for $15 and then only let you play certain games. Nothing will even work not to mention they don’t even have any good games on their side anyway I wish I would’ve looked because that was the biggest waste of money ever. Do not waste your money on this site.

Beware users! This is a shady, Cyprus based online casino. They will entice you in with great offers, but will not follow their own FAQ when you are ready to withdraw. They use Plaid for withdrawals, even though their site states your deposits WILL go back to your original payment method. Nowhere do they state that they use Plaid for withdrawals, which everyone knows only has about 50% of banks and is not a trusted vendor themselves. Do NOT deposit with them.
