Have to give a 5 star review. I have ordered multiple times from Sweeting and am never disappointed! There's such a variety of jellies in the bags and they are delicious and fresh. They also make a great gift; I bought some recently for a birthday party and they were much loved.

They have a speedy delivery service too.
Highly recommended.

Have purchased from sweet king on many occasions birthdays Christmas Communions etc and always went down a treat with kids and adults. Love how all bags are resealable and that you can personalise both bags and boxes to add that special touch. Also overnight delivery one stop shop for all your party supplies.

Is 5 Star the hightest I can give??!! Absolute 1st class service yet again from Sweetking. Ordered on a Wednesday afternoon, delivered on Friday morning. I got a great deal with a discount code so I got even better value than ever. The sweets are the best in the business, hands down. I missed out on the non bons this time, but that was my own fault for being too slow when the offer started! I think the customer service and communication is superb, all queries answered within a couple of hours. Love supporting this hard working Irish company.

I did have an issue with delivery but this was a DOD issue and was resolved quickly. Great products at a great price. Very happy overall

I received a hamper of sweets from sweetking and they were extremely good quality. I originally had a small issue and they went above and beyond to rectify it in a very professional manner. I will shop from sweetking again.

I recently got 5 bags of 1kg jellies with an offer that I saw on Instagram. I was delighted to get this offer as I got to stock up on jellies for my sons birthday. We had them last year and not one jelly was left so everyone was thrilled this year. The jellies are so tasty and cover a wide range. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they took a little longer than previous to arrive but I couldn’t fault sweet king. I’ll definitely be ordering for every birthday

They took my money and my order never came. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is absolutely awful. Definitely won’t be buying from here again or recommending anyone to buy from here

Service was good in the beginning great offers and great delivery time .. recently it’s shocking, delayed orders no tracking info, orders stuffed into plastic bags, ordered personalised labels for a party on the 50% offer, half came with the labels correct other half are wrong, emailed 3 times in 2 weeks asking for new labels and got no response, delivery takes over a week and no communication from them whatsoever, will never order again

Complete scam, got my basic order although was supposed to get €30 free products and over 2 weeks late. don't use this company. tried to contact through social media, email and even their automated chat.
zero contact back #SCAM #CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL

Customer service.. no reply to emails or messages sent for days! Then when I got a reply they stopped responding. Waited a week and a half for order to arrive, one of the bags of sweets was wrong.. overpriced and the sweets are not as good of quality as advertised. Very disappointing overall. Don't waste your money honestly
