Fast delivery, just a couple of days.

£17 for a small bit of plastic that probably costs about 20p to make. Outrageous. I thought the plastic battery key was for health and safety reasons but I now know it’s so Swift can make extra money from their customers.

sent me wrong battery which will not fit my swift mower

Ordered my item and made my payment though paypal,next day received a message in Chinese and then one that was in English to say my item was currently unavailable! So why accept my order in the first place! Oh and my payment would be refunded at some point! Terrible service!

Ripping people of with your postage £25.99 to post .0.3 grams would and should have come I a very small Jiffy bag at £2.85

I purchased a swift twin blade 40v whipper snipper a few months ago. After using it a handful of times the battery is not holding charge well. I noticed also that the trimmer cuts out multiple times while using and this adds to the battery draining faster. I am really disappointed as I thought this tool would make yard maintenance easier instead it’s made it more frustrating and time consuming. I can’t say the machine works well at all as it always cuts out. Doing along my fence line yesterday it cut out atleast 7+ times. Don’t waste your money. I’m going back to Ozito as my last Ozito was a beast compared to the swift trimmer

Excellent leaf collector, even mulches what you collect. Long battery life and not to heavy or unwieldy to carry around.

I bought the battery because I wanted the polesaw that doesn't come with a battery anyway then I realised you don't get the charger with it either, the polesaw is rubbish not fit for purpose and when I asked to return i was told the polesaw was a gift I couldn't return! I then asked to return the battery and charger theas I don't have any use for them other than the polesaw to which I've never had a reply!
