I was very impressed with the helpfulness and professional service I did receive. Always there if I needed to speak to someone or emailed back in a very quick manner.. aways keep me updated with any new or development and away made me feel like I was important at all times. I am very happy with the service I got and if I ever needed there service again I would go to in a heartbeat highly recommend..

Baker Ashley Solicitors have supported me in selling two different houses recently and I honestly could not have expected or achieved better service anywhere else. Debi and Andrew were just amazing and always responded to my emails and phone calls within the hour & very often after hours too! Having the two of them on my side made me feel that I could easily cope with the whole difficult process. Well what can I say what a brilliant company to deal with they keep you informed from day one you can always call or ask for a update on the progress and they reply almost instantly to emails nothing is to much trouble for them I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a property

This was my second time conveyancing through Baker Ashley. I had a really positive experience the first time so went back to them to sell the same property.

This time around there were a few hiccups that could have been avoided. I had Nikki helping with the admin and unfortunately she did lose sight of questions that needed answering by my management company a couple of times. I felt like I had to keep chasing to ensure things were being progressed and all questions accounted for which made it a bit stressful.

There was then a data breach with my bank details being shared with another client somehow which Nikki apologised for but no idea how this could have happened.

I felt some frustration when I was asking questions which were purely because I don’t know how the process works having never sold a property before but having this clarity offered up front would be nice. It’s not that I don’t trust the work would get done but the uk has a reputation for being the worst country for conveyancing and poor communication is a common problem that I was experiencing so feel this could have been handled better
