Nothing but super poor service from…
Nothing but super poor service from staff "at the end of the phone" once your in they don't want to know you. No electricity, no power points, no water available for units. And that's the end of the conversation. They don't respond to phone calls etc. Etc.

just my honest opinion
you guys make it to hard to contact anyone. The gate wasn't working last week. I had to come back again leave all my stuff on ute. I bet if you guys had a sign with the contact number you would fill more units. majority of people don't like this b-lls--t online experience. no offense intended. put a sign up prove me wrong.

Too expensive always an issue to be fixed
Too expensive poor service. There is always a problem. Doors not opening, locks not working. Also them Constantly asking for access to our unit to fix all the locking systems again. Rude staff. Plus being accused of leaving furniture that wasn’t ours in an open unit. Can’t wait to get my stuff out and be done with it.

Navigating this experience, from accessing the website to arriving at the storage shed, has been effortless. The accompanying app is incredibly user-friendly, and despite my initial skepticism about securing a storage shed on a public holiday, it all fell into place smoothly. The whole process was easy signing up for a unit. I would recommend the app as it enables you to access the unit and provides you with important information regarding the site.

Unit 417 67 Johanna Blvd Kensington…
You sent me an email on 3 January 2024 to tell me that a unit had been allocated and was ready to occupy. When I attended on 7 January to inspect the unit I at first had difficulty entering the facility and upon finally reaching and opening the unit I was greeted with the goods of someone else. The unit was not ready for me to occupy. It still wasn't yesterday (7 January ). I have notified you of the situation twice via your App and also advised you that I have had to make other arrangements as the unit was to be used for an emergency storage facility and as yet I am to receive a reply. I don't believe I have received the product that you have charged me for, that is a storage ready for my use. I am, at the moment, far from happy with the business that I have conducted with this organisation.

Staff over the phone were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I had organised/ booked and paid for my storage shed within minutes and received all emails and texts regarding the use of my storage shed immediately and was able to access it easily. I have had no concerns and it’s been smooth sailing.
