The outfit didn't fit and I have emailed 5 times and they will NOT respond to my requests for a refund

Tried to return an item within their 30 day policy and they made it impossible. Even though the item came from CA, they gave me an address to return in China. Then, they refused to give me China tax code, vat code or importer code to finalize the return. Offered me discounts. Sent me a different size. But made it impossible for me to return and get money back. Do not buy from here. Trust NOT.

The company is a scam. I wish I had looked here first. Nothing fits correctly, and the material is poor quality. It's a shame they are on Amazon as well as their direct marketing; it is a scam. DO NOT ORDER. They also do not respond to returns or commit to their online terms. Chinese company with marketing moles to suck you in. I fell for it; shame on me. Also operates under Daci on Amazon. Careful they change their names constantly and have "influencers" pushing it big time.

Customer service ( by email only) ignored my repeated request for return label to be sent via email. Would recommend never buying from this shifty company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! First, the items are overpriced for the quality. They take 24 hours to respond, and you are responsible for the shipping cost to return it to China. I would never order from this company, and honestly, I would be very wary of companies with sketchy return policies.

I ordered a bathing suit from this company. I tried it on immediately after receiving. It did not fit well so I reach out to the company to start a return. I reached out twice and still have not received a response. Would not recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Ordered through SwimConch on July 3rd and still have not received merchandise/purchase.
Ordered on Amazon, and order was delivered within 3 business days.
