I have had the worst I stressed the worst experience with this company. I have emailed them multiple multiple times. The first time I was told I will be refunded because I never got my order and still to this day from January 21. I have not received anything but they still have my money that was taken from my credit card only a few cents of being $90 that was taken off of my credit card and when I emailed them to today, they will not respond back to the point if I have to get a attorney involved, I will do that because there is no way you should take someone’s money and don’t send them any merchandise. There is not one money tree in this world that you can go pick money off of and just give it away freely. They kept saying it takes a long time to send out an order because they have to be. because there is no way you should take someone’s money and don’t send them any merchandise. Xpluswear Design Plus Size Formal Champagne Floral 3/4 Sleeve Pocket Elegant Pleated Satin Two Piece Skirt Sets

I was nervous that the quality and fit wouldn't be what I expected and had a back up outfit just in case as my granddaughters engagement party was a big deal.
It came and I tried it on. Fitted, felt great and I felt fantastic.
I had a great night and looked as good as I felt.

I ordered the wrong size. It should be a US 2x and i live in Bermuda. I see it says Au Islands and that’s incorrect.

The experience was great

The experience was great. It was easy and I can’t do it at my leisure. I would say it would give me more relief if I knew when to expect my order. I ordered this for Vow renewal, and I am praying that it was done in enough time so if there’s any alterations, I’d be able to get it done, but I really like what I see it seems to be a quality work. I’m praying everything I see is what I get. Thank you.

I absolutely love ordering from this company, its easy, shipping is a little lengthy so ordering 2wks in advance is recommended. All of pieces I have ordered were of great quality, color was on point just as the picture on site showed it, I cannot wait to wear the pantsuit, its beautiful. I ordered a jean dress, some shoes and a necklace to wear to a concert unfortunately, I haven’t received the Gene dress yet. I have received the other two items, but I have been getting a lot of feedback from X plus as to where and when I may receive my dress I do understand now that I have to pay attention because it did say pre-order so I definitely take fart in that. I am still going to enjoy the dress because I truly liked it. That’s why I ordered it and I just placed another order for three more items. I found a lot of nice things I like so I will continue to order from this site. I just need to make sure that it’s not a pre-order and that I order it in a timely manner thank you for your response.

Don't fall for the okeydoke

I am top heavy and a friend recommended this site to purchase items for a number of upcoming formal events. The pictures were beautiful so I immediately ordered over $600 worth of clothing. I was nervous about the lengthy shipping times so I contacted them and asked if it was possible to cancel since I needed the items soon and found dresses I loved closer to home. They advised me some of the dresses could be shipped earlier and went out of their way to send them hence the 2 stars. I figured who doesn't need a dress or two to have in case of an emergency?

Fast forward almost one month. NONE of the items look like they did on the site. And some of them smell. The material is cheap and I am not impressed. I have asked repeatedly for the information to return my items and after almost one week they finally responded with "send us pictures". I am SO frustrated. The items were folded and returned to the raggedy plastic sleeve they came in and placed in a box. Each item goes right in the box as it is received. Now I have to take them out of the box and the sleeve and wait even longer. I want to scream! Buyer beware...stay away.

UPDATE: After reading the response to my review, I will respectfully disagree. I sent one email from a different account because I can only access that account from a PC and I was on my phone, but I CC'd the email that was connected to the original orders. The emails I received in the interim kept repeating that you would like for me to be happy, offering me discounts to keep clothes that smelled and fit horribly, AND then turned around to respond to my Trustpilot review in WAY less time that it took to get the return address (ONE WEEK). I received a small portion of my money back. I am still owed over $300. Let's see how long it takes for the last item to be delivered so I can send the whole sorry lot back to sender.

Your other email address contacted us on April 6, stating that the items did not match the pictures. At that time, our support team was not aware you were using a second email address, so they asked for photos(on April 7) to verify if there had been wrong item sents. We hope this clarification helps resolve your confusion.
