Very bad experience. While the site works well and they ship fast, I selected the fastest delivery option and paid three times more, parcel didn't arrive on time so I rejected delivery and asked to return to shipper and then the nightmare started. I'm receiving automated answers that shipment is in customs and I have to fix it (shipment is within EU) and similar funny messages. I've explained several times what happened but it seems they don't care. I have not received my refund yet

Am 29.MÀrz "wir bestÀtigen, dass wir Ihre Bestellung vorbereiten"... sofort per Kontaktformular storniert, und darauf hingewiesen das die Artikel zu spÀt kommen werden.
Am 30.03.26, 01:10 schreibt der Support - lÀsst sich nicht stornieren.
Zustellung erfolgte dann am 01.April, halt leider zu spÀt. Da waren wir schon im Abflug zu einem Trainingslager.
Meiner Meinung nach, gilt:
Aufgrund dieser Bei Nichteinhaltung eines festen Liefertermins trÀgt der VerkÀufer (Online-HÀndler) in der Regel die RÌcksendekosten, wenn der KÀufer vom Kaufvertrag zurÌcktritt. Dies ergibt sich aus dem BGB, insbesondere in Verbindung mit den Regelungen zum Lieferverzug (§ 281, § 323 BGB) und den RÌckabwicklungsfolgen (§ 357 BGB).
