Excellent Service
I was approached by their representative named Jonathan who was extremely good. He not only listened to my needs patiently but also was really helpful. He had good in-depth knowledge of the industry and also calculated how much I will save if I choose the provider he was asking me to by comparing both the providers’ prices.

Not a good or reassuring start so far
Not a good or reassuring start so far. First time buyer. Came across these guys offering Rebel Energy as the supplier. Looks to be a good deal, but when I tried to contacts switch-it about some questions I had (like when the direct debit will start etc) it says that the message is blocked "your message to switch-it.co.uk has been blocked. There appears to be no chat bot or contact telephone number on the website. This now looks like a scam. I demand someone from switch-it get in contact with me within the next 24hrs to discuss the matter or I will be speaking with the necessary authorities about how they are conducting their business as this is unacceptable.

since i filled the switch it form, this is the only comms i have received. i am unsure whether my connection is being take over or not, no emails, msgs or calls yet you asking to rate the experience, is a surprise.

This company won’t reply to any of my…
This company won’t reply to any of my emails after weeks of waiting. They asked me to send photos of my meters, which I did, and now two weeks later I’ve received no reply! I’ve emailed back several times, including to the main “hello” email account but I get nothing back. I’ve fallen into some email blackhole!
This is so frustrating! Please someone at switch it contact me! My request number is 281231 -Andrew

Update from Switch-It: There was an issue matching Andrew’s meters, requiring additional photos, which unfortunately caused a delay. The switch was submitted to the supplier 14/11. Andrew was advised last week by email.
