This company basically uses "switch and bait" or total deception in advertising. Item is completely different than one ordered. My options with customer service was to accept a 30% refund or mail back to China. The zip code given is invalid per the USPS and other shipping options were 7 times more than the item cost. I reached out several times with same " form" response. The company shows as Symesae and Campfuns. There should be a way to monitor such scams.

I have written reviews in the past. Please DO NOT buy anything from these people at all. It has been 7 months now. NO DRESS NO REFUND.They are a synidicate and a bunch of scammers I repoted them to the international ombudsman on online sales

Realice una compra en marzo 2023 y aun no llega dicha compra ni la devolucion del dinero, en la pagina solo aparece un correo donde envie muchos correos y la respuesta era la pagina promocionando sus productos, ya paso un año y nunca tuve respuesta, claramente es una pagina de estafa, NO COMPREN NADA POR QUE PERDERAN SU DINERO

Todo lo que dicen de esta tienda es cierto, son unos estafadores y ya todo el mundo lo sabe. Lo que no entiendo es por qué no se toman acciones? Ya esa gente debería estar presa !!ni devuelven el dinero ni toman acciones contra ellos, entonces?

Definately DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Symesae - I ordered an outfit in August 2023 for my son’s wedding in October 2023… I hadn’t received the dress by late September and emailed them. Got “polite “ response to say “it’s going to be delivered soon”!
Well it’s now mid-December and I still don’t have my dress!
I’ve sent multiple emails asking where is my product (I think I’ve emailed them about 6 times now)!
This website is a Scam! The Website is also known as Seneghen and Shine!!!
Do Not Order Anything from them!

I ordered two evening dresses on August 5, 2023 for a wedding and after two emails requesting the dresses , I kept on getting the standard response to be patient . It is now December 5 th and I have still not received anything despite them being paid . It is a total SCAM. I’m a victim of their scam that they posted on Instagram. BEWARE.

They are a scam. When you request refund they write the same thing over and over. Keep your money because they send you crap if they send it. They repeat over and over. Refund has been sent and it will take two weeks. Well been waiting 3 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. I ordered a three piece SEQUIN pants suit and hot two piece see thru piece of crap; not the right color and not one sequins/ or rhinestone was on it. Piece of crap.

Recently purchased a dress but instead was sent a dress not worth $2 now they won’t refund. Been chasing for months now. They are thieves and scam people. Please don’t buy

Es una vil estafa, en su página promocionan vestidos elegantes y bonitos y lo que envían es muy diferente; la tela de pésima calidad, mal hechos y nada qué ver con lo que una pide. Son unos estafadores

Do not buy from this website. They are Scamming. I went on their side and ordered quite a bit of clothes because of the price and they looked very nice so I was going on vacation. I have not received anything and there's no way of contacting them. I send email after email after email and nothing. They are scamming people out of their money, don't buy from them.
