I've been using Sync for years now, both personal and professional. I have it installed on all my computers and my smartphone, it's been working flawlessly ever since. I'm syncing files both in sync and in the vault. The transfer rates are good, and honestly, I have nothing negative to say. It's all good to me, and I will be using Sync as long as I can in the foreseeable future!!

After having trouble years ago with google drive I decided to go for a different cloud storage product. 8 years ago I signed up for Sync for the first time and since then it never crossed my mind to switch. I have it in all my devices, I love how it is privacy oriented, I love how to navigate everything from the app feels like exact the same experience as with my computer. Affordable, reliable, syncs in real time. Use it for hobbies, work and life in general. Cant image my tech life without it.

I've used SYNC for years to store and backup important documents. It has always worked. Nothing more needs to be said. I recommend it highly.

When my external hard drive took a dive, I knew I needed a more reliable way to back up important files. Sync provided the perfect solution. Easy to use and good security for my information.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. Constant glitches, support that answers 2 days later. I have no idea who is their architect but it just does not work!

I had been a customer for years. Decent service but life had other plans. I tried to cancel the account before it renewed (they automatically renew all accounts and do not give customer choice to turn auto-renewal off) because I couldn't afford it any more. I was 6 hours late. They charged me $100 and wouldn't refund. The only way to prevent it renewing again for 2027 is to cancel account. I've done that but still out a $100 bucks that I cannot afford.

First, the Sync app is exceptionally good. Through encryption it protects our most confidential files from cyber threats while providing a user interface that is intuitive, comprehensive and fast. Second, the on-line support team strives to make their product as useful as possible. In a time when rapid flawless data sharing plays a critical role in communication, Sync does everything I need.

Sync has made changes over the years, and it keeps getting better. They've made it easier to upload files. They continue to improve the security. I trust them with my life (oh, my files at least)!!

I love the level of security that Sync.com provides. For my line of work this is a huge positive and I can confidently let my clients know that any information that's stored here is safe and secure.

Sync is very intuitive and easy to use. I love having peace of mind that all of my data is safe in a secure location and I don't have to worry about anything happening to my local copies. I use it for family photo and video backups as well as personal and client work related content.

I used this company for years until I had to switch to a new computer that didn't have as much hard drive space. Then the nightmare began. The desktop version does not allow you to download specific files, and the cloud version for Mac is plagued by bugs. I had over 30 communications with support over a 3-month period and spent at least a hundred hours slowly trying to download photoshop files. My subscription is finally ending and I still have not been able to retrieve all of my files. I refuse to pay another $90 this useless service.

6th year using paid service. It used to work, but has been slowly breaking down last 18 months. Team syncing is so bad now, it's unusable for business use. Support is a joke. It's a ticket only system, and it takes days for a first reply, and days between the back and forth. They reply with one sentence, useless comments. If you have a serious issue, and you will, you are ALONE. Switched to Tresorit.
