Misleading Pricing and Bad Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Sync.so. They advertise a subscription plan, but after subscribing I discovered that I was still being charged for individual projects. The pricing structure is confusing and feels misleading.
I expected the subscription to cover my usage, but instead I was asked to pay again for each project. This was not clear during the signup process. Because of this experience, I deleted my account.
What is even more frustrating is that charges continued to appear on my bank card after I had already removed my account. This has caused a lot of concern and inconvenience.
I feel that customers deserve much more transparency about costs and billing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would advise others to carefully review all charges before signing up.
