A great product

- Components are plenty, and easy to use (we use Angular components, but the others seem to be the same).
- Documentation is good. A lot of examples, how-to, and API docs.
- Very supportive, the support team replies support tickets that solve our issue quickly, detailed.

Great Experience for both Xamarin and Blazor

Our solution spans across both Xamarin and Blazor. Syncfusion's UI controls have been central in providing a professional UX to the end-user while maintaining a consistent approach for the developer experience.

In addition, I have found their customer support to be excellent, providing quick and helpful responses to our queries.

Full featured controls which work fine! Very good documentation!

In short, the most important thing is that a developer can rely on Syncfusion. Syncfusion has controls for every technology, a huge gallery of tools, and they are really well working controls/tools. The documentation is really good, you can just follow the instructions and make a complex scenario working in a few minutes (though documentation/examples need some improvements). Support (bugs/questions) is really good.

Great WinUI3 components

Using the WinUI3 components, especially the DataGrid and the TreeGrid - they are working stable and solid in our project. Had one or two bug reports and questions - the customer support is very skilled and was always able to understand my issue and help me out.

Developers supported

I have been using Syncfusion WinForms, ASP.NET MVC, Xamarin and Angular products for a number of years in commercial and community license environments. The feature rich components provided are most impressive, great value and if there's something that doesn't work out of the box the support team is often able to help you find a workaround. In the event that you find an issue with any of the components the Syncfusion support and devs are quick to identify it as a bug and a fix is usually available in a week or two as part of the weekly update cycle. This gives us great confidence in continuing development on schedule knowing that a fix is not far away, no need to wait for a quarterly update. The documentation and customer/developer support are outstanding.

Recently I got to use one of the


Recently I got to use one of the Control from Synfusion UI Library and It worked nicely on Browser but it had some issues on Tablet.

I contacted the Syncfusion Support and they have given me some usefull Tipps and it solved my problem and I can statisfy my Client too so I am happy with their Support.

Unfinished / Unpolished

using the Blazor libraries. very buggy, very unfinished. documentation is incomplete. support is slow, offers solutions for simple howtos, that were forgotten in documentation, but don't getting real support for problems and bugs. always an infinite discussion with first level, that don't get the problems. framework should help and speed up development but often it's outbreaking and effects opposite.

Syncfusion - Blazor and ASP.NET components

The support and the products from Syncfusion are awesome.
I think that a constant innovation is fundamental for a component suite but is also difficult to maintain a good stability.
In the last 2 years the stability of the component suite from Syncfusion (Blazor and ASP.NET from my experience) is higher than ever.

Syncfusion toolkit, what is left

1) Some of the code examples in the online documentation are old, and does not reflect changes in the recent weekly releases
2) We will like see more youtube videos and how to use the toolkits. I struggled before I could grasp the working principles
