Comprehensive package that is relatively easy to implement while staying flexible!

Working with Syncfusion has been an excellent experience. Their comprehensive suite of UI components and tools has significantly accelerated our development process, allowing us to deliver feature-rich applications in less time without compromising quality.

Syncfusion is easy to use and offers high-quality components that integrate smoothly into our projects. Their support team is excellent, always responding quickly to our questions and concerns. It’s a solid toolkit that has really boosted our productivity.

Good tool for quickly rolling-out UI, Charts, and Graphs

Components have many features and support is allways helpfull. Disadvantage is that you need sometimes complex code to reach a goal with a component. But support mostly finds a solution for your problem.

From the breadth and uniqueness of its components, to the quick and thorough responses from their support team, SyncFusion stands out. Weekly updates for bug fixes, the opportunity to submit feature requests (I’m proud to say a couple of mine were actually implemented!), and an overall developer-focused approach make using SyncFusion a genuinely enjoyable experience — whether you’re working on a small personal project or a complex enterprise-grade application.
The uniqueness of certain components — like Gantt and Kanban — sets this product apart from most major competitors. Each module, whether it's the data grid, charts, scheduler, or others, comes packed with customizable features that can be fine-tuned to meet your specific needs.
Support is outstanding: responses are fast and thorough, not just for open tickets but also across the forums and public feedback boards. These replies almost always include a working sample, which is incredibly helpful.
Another major advantage is the upgrade experience. Even when a new (or major) version is released, breaking changes are minimal, clearly documented, and 99.9% of your application continues to function without needing to touch a single line of code. This encourages developers to stay current and reap the benefits of new features — like the recently added AI chat and spreadsheet components.
Some minor features — such as automatically selecting the grid filter type based on the column’s data type (boolean, date, etc.), or offering validation components that don’t rely on Data Annotations or FluentValidation — tend to be better implemented by other competitors.

I‘m using syncfusion blazer components for my dotnet application. The components are highly flexible, and quite easy to implement. A huge documentation for every component and several implementation examples are available online. If there are open questions the support will help in a short period.

We need your product, it helps us and we are satisfied with it. The price is too high for us, since we do not need all components. Unfortunately we cannot change this and buy less.

Syncfusion provides valuable tools for business applications with intuitive APIs, good documentation and excellent support.

Good UI controls at a good price, that has allowed us to bring sophisticated capabilities to our product. Good value for money.

What’s Working Well:

Comprehensive Component Library: The wide range of available components has significantly accelerated our development efforts and minimized reliance on third-party libraries.

Design Consistency: The consistent visual and behavioral design across components such as grids, forms, and charts contributes to a coherent user interface and simplifies development.

Documentation and Demos: The documentation and interactive demos are generally well-organized and effective in facilitating quick onboarding and usage of components.

Support Responsiveness: The support team has been prompt and helpful, frequently providing practical solutions or workarounds to address our queries.

Areas for Improvement:

PDF Viewer – Performance and Stability:

Upgrading to version 28.2.x introduced issues such as blank screens, crashes, and inconsistent loading behavior. Rolling back to 26.x.x mitigated these issues, indicating potential regressions or unhandled changes in the newer release.

The load(null) method, although documented as supported, triggers runtime errors.

Performance deteriorates with large or scanned PDFs, especially during annotation and zoom operations.

Grid/Table – Handling Large Datasets:

Rendering large datasets (10k+ rows) in the DataGrid is noticeably slow, even with virtualization enabled.

Grouping and filtering operations introduce performance lag, particularly when custom cell templates are used.

Bundle Size Optimization:

Despite leveraging tree shaking and ES modules, some components still import extraneous code, leading to larger-than-expected bundle sizes.

Improved modularization or clearer guidance on minimal builds would be beneficial.

React Component Lifecycle Management:

Certain components do not clean up properly upon unmounting, resulting in memory leaks and warnings in React developer tools related to lingering event handlers.

We hope this feedback helps the Syncfusion team target key areas for improvement. Overall, we view the product as a solid foundation for building scalable enterprise applications, and we look forward to continued enhancements in future releases.

We are using diffents components of Syncfusion in our web applications (based on .Net Framework)and all of them are very usefull.

The variety of component help us to finish our develeops in short time, despite is easy to integrate.

Great design and incredible range of functions. However, the wide range of supported technologies often makes it difficult to find suitable examples for a specific environment.
But I can only recommend everyone to try these controls out.

Using with Angular! Really nice Grid and components

Syncfusion products are well designed and big time-savers. Right out of the box, they meet challenges that might otherwise take many hours to tackle. The products also allow for some CSS re-design; if the default design does not quite meet your needs. Although I have some quibbles about the flow of their online support pages, a very strong positive is Syncfusion's dedication to providing one-on-one online support. Post any question on any issue and, if it is during the work week, they will provide you with an answer first thing the next morning. Post on a Friday and you will have your answer by Monday morning. The timeliness of their answers are an obvious benefit, but what really impresses is how thorough the answers are. The responses are always detailed and specifically address your issue. The answers often include coded suggestions about how your specific problem might be addressed, along with links to further documentation. That is a huge advantage that is not always easy to find.

The UI controls are easy to use and make the application look good. The licensing model is excellent. It would be good to have a scheduler control included.

The design was very customizable and the implementation followed Flutter principles.
I was using Charts and Calendar and was very satisfied
