Refreshing to deal with a customer support person that listens first, and follows up with action.

Needed some tech support on an activation issue, and the company took quick and thorough care to make sure everything came together for us. Sadly rare these days!

Quick response and bale to give a solution right away depending on the need. I needed the help, because the plugin is important for me when it come to pitch correction. It makes my work easy. Good customer care is when you quickly come to your client's rescue and you did that.

The help I got solved my problems. But it was slow arriving.

A bit expensive. Not working native with M’chips.
And only pro version - is great feat.
Standart not good, cause only two tracks working and without pitch correction.

I had a great experience with their customer service rep Nick. I had initially bought the product VocAlign, it was buggy and was not working, and they very kindly refunded me and gave me helpful tips. As soon as they make the necessary improvements to the product itself I will be taking my business here again, because I felt really respected as a customer.

If only their customer service replied to emails as quickly as their mktg department send out sales pitches.

3 mktg emails in a week but as yet no reply to my technical problem email to them in the same timeframe.

I received a good customer support for my issues that I was having with vocal align. I was surprised because Customer Service barely exists anywhere today.
