On a good track

I have been using the platform for a few months now, and I’ve had a few bumps along the way, but mostly great experiences. The highlights are definitely related to the support team; whenever I had an issue or a suggestion, I received a response almost instantly. My suggestions were genuinely considered, and some have even been implemented. This is absolutely exemplary and forward-thinking. While I did encounter some issues during use—for example, the 'Flatten all' feature didn’t close orders on all accounts—this has since been fixed. In short, I think this platform has a bright future ahead of it if they continue down this path
