Ordered a gateway on May 2023, wait for a year for delivery, it never arrived, asked for a refund, it never arrived. Now I have received a notice for bankruptcy from launch pad company which appears to be syncrob it in internet. Have anyone received this? What is the action to take now?

Same as everyone else. I ordered a miner and antenna for $1500 and nothing ever came. I couldn't ever find my order. They have not responded to anything. Going to try to dispute the charges but it has been over a year now. UGH. Why would Helium have them on the site as a trusted vendor?!?!?!

This is scam business, I paid for a device three years ago .
The company refused to refund and deliver.
I'm in the middle of a lawsuit in small claims lawsuit court in Canada.

I ordered a product from this company and after eight months never received anything. I was getting nothing in response from the company. I decided to sue the company and the owner in small claims court. I had the owner served using a brilliant servicing company, Contact Jill Ashlock at asi.welcomehome@gmail. The owner Brandon May, texted me the day he was served and refunded all of the money plus the cost of service via Zelle.

My order, a helium miner with antenna ($1003) was never shipped... My money was never refunded.
After many messages they never answer but even when I did answer they gave mocking answers.
They finally took the money and never sent the product.
The worst thing is that they were suggested as manufacturers by the helium project, where I notified them but they did nothing then not even download the link to protect their users.

Helium foundation bears responsibility. They listed them as a trusted vendor which directly led to many ppl sending this company money
Now simply Helium saying we are not responsible, and they don't answer the Emails

They use a dead woman’s name “Candi May” on the paperwork of the company.

Matthew Jones, George Partene (georgica.04), Dan Cojocaru/COJACARU (TigerTek) - from PAYAP CO (UK) LTD, Brandon May (if real) seem to be Romanians scamming us. I ordered twice by July 2021, asked for a refund in August 2022 and they never sent it, the items or the refund. The EU will be looking into this. If you are in the EU report them to econsumer gov, otherwise icpen org for international reports.

Bought 5 hotspots for 4355 usd and never recieved them , now its 1 year asking for refund and no answer, this scam is not normal as they still keep there wwbsite cheating other new people !

Would give no stars if possible. Total scam. Thankfully paid with a credit card and got money back.

This company is a scam! I ordered and paid in full for the Helium miner and even bought an upgraded antenna. It's now been over 18 months of emailing and chasing them for my miner and I have nothing to show for it except being out of pocket... and to hear they are filing for bankruptcy!

Avoid buying anything from this company. 18months waiting period to get your product is normal to them, most of they time they refuse a refund. Its a hoax , folks

Ordered one unit in May 2021. Cancelled my order in May 2022 and got the same run around everyone is saying. “Forwarded to our billing department”. “Will refund it in the order it was received”. I’ve emailed several times and get the same blow off answers. Looks like I’m not getting my refund.

***Ponzi Scheme*** Still no refund because they do not have the money. Recommend fellow victims file complaints with the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

Don't fall this scam. Ordered 2 miners on 6/8/2021 and finally got fed up waiting. Now been waiting a month for my refund. Below is their canned response
