Ordered in November 2021. NO PRODUCT DELIVERED to customers, only to 3rd party sellers. Refund requested June 17 2022. NO REFUND PROCESSED YET>>>5 weeks>>>nothing good to say!!!

Bought 3 devices in May 2021 cancelled in May 2022 still no refund, just keep fobbing me off, stay away

STAY AWAY! Syncrob is a complete SCAM, they are just taking money from customers and don't deliver or refund anything for canceled orders. There's no customer service. No billing department. Don't waste your money here!

I have 4 separate orders totally over 12K. No ship date and absolutely no result in requesting refund. It's been 2 months since I requested a refund and 19 months since I ordered.

If onlt i could rate those rats below 0

They held over 12,000$ of my money since march 2021 and always gave me same be excuses until i decided to refund a month or more ago and all i got was same bs excuses everyone else is getting “updating billing system”

I hired a private investigator and turned on they using a dead woman’s name “Candi May” on the paperwork.

We also managed to track down a Mathew Jones & George Partene.

I am suing them n my law firm is already putting all files together. If you are a victim of their malpractice please email me to beshir.hankash @ gmail. com to be added to the lawsuit. If I have to pay double what they stole from me to my lawyers I gladly will. I will get you

We have yet to sue Helium for misleading us and adding those fraud to their official partners list, they should be held responsible no?

Buy one unit in march 2021, after one year, ask the refund on may 2022, still waiting for it!

Since december 2022, no email answer. Helium.com don't help.

Do not order from synchrob.it. I ordered in October of 2021 and after multiple attempts to get a delivery date I finally asked for a refund. That was on 5/13/22 and have yet to receive it. I continue to get responses to my emails referring to them waiting for an update to their billing system. They had no problem with their billing system when they charged my card for 4 units.

update: finally I got the full refund after opening a card dispute case with my bank. It took 4 months. Good luck guys, at least there is a good sign here. We have all spent a lot of money for a random scammer to steal from us.

Purchased a miner june 8,21. Requested a refund in April, they gave me the bs run a round saying there updating there billing system. Got an email may 25th saying my refund is processed. I still haven't received any money back, I called my credit card company, and they haven't even received the refund to process yet. Terrible experience with syncrobit, Would recommend everyone to steer clear of syncrobit.

I’ve now been waiting 8 weeks for my refund. I’m only out 2k, but I’ll do everything I can to help when this turns into a criminal case against the owner and all employees involved. Your LLC won’t protect you against fraud.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS OR BANKRUPT! Buyed an HNT miner 1 year ago, paid in advance, still waiting, asked for a refund 45 days ago, no refund is done, always an excuse like system is down or scalating to department... AVOID!!

Ordered products 2021.08.23 - Until Today no product, requested refund more than 3 weeks ago, no refund.
Will report to Internet Crime Complaint Center. All buyers report this scammers ASAP.

Purchased 2 miners separately and when asking for a refund they said they're updating their billing system (complete bull sh**).

"We have already cancelled your order. We are currently updating our billing system. Please bear with us as we get this back online. Your refund will be processed as soon as our billing system is up and running again."

"You will receive another notification when it is already processed. Rest assured, your request for a refund will be processed as soon as our system is up and running again."

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOR TRUST THEM!!!

Absolutely a scam company...no shipping no refund...only lies and excuse..

I have had 3 units on order for over a year. Asked for a refund about a month ago and was told that their billing system was off-line and I would be given a refund when it comes back online (yeah right)! Asked how long their system has been down (crickets) and I asked for senior management contact info (told they don't give that out). Complete crap show...anybody got a physical address/phone number for these clowns?

This company does not respond. There are thousands of orders from over a year ago that still have not been fulfilled, and with no communication from the company. This feels like a scam, but I can't get ahold of anyone that works there to get my money back

Habe 4 Miner bestellt Juni 2021 natürlich nicht geliefert worden .

Ordered 2021 July due to delay I canceled the purchase.

Do not buy Syncrob.it miner!!
My machine was broken and they didn't replace anything or not taking back anything. When buying this machine it seems you have no warranty at all. Miner is in the trashcan now. I suggest people to buy Bobcat miner.
