Great service - booked in quickly, procedure completed and a follow up I needed was also booked quickly. Would recommend this dentist!

I had iv sedation for a molar tooth removal . I was nervous beforehand but I had the lovely dental assistant talk through everything with me and the dentist was amazing . I don’t even remember the tooth coming out . Overall best experience

I couldn’t thank synergy staff enough, I was so apprehensive at first but after my consultation I was so happy everything. I have been really stressed but ujalah the dentist went through each step with me and fully explained exactly what I needed. The reception team went through all the finance and booking with me and set everything up, I highly recommend getting booked in for a consultation atleast as you won’t be disappointed. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly even though I didnt have to wait long for my appointment staff members were updating me which is so nice as a new patient. It made me have faith to go through with the plan in place from my consultation. Highly recommend

Procedure (Implant) went as well as it could have I believe. Only even so slightly negative thing I would say was that the nurses were talking about what they had been doing on the weekend. Whilst I have no problem at all with people gossiping at work as it’s something we all do from time to time. When you’re spending the better part of £3000 you hope that all attention would be on the job at hand / you. They acted professionally otherwise it just didn’t put my mind at ease thinking that 100% of their concentration may not have been on the job at hand at the time. This was at the Blackpool branch but this address was not present on the dropdown of choices.

I have spent many years unhappy with my smile, due to multiple health issues that have lead to teeth extractions, and unsightly teeth. I seen Synergy on instagram and contacted them. The reception staff was amazing and got me an appointment very quickly with Mak. I explained to Mak my sensitivity issues due to health conditions and shared my hopes of being able to have a nice smile. Mak was very honest and spent time putting a plan together. Mak went beyond and above with my treatment plan taken extra time to explain things to me which I really did appreciate. He was straight talking and immediately I felt in good hands. The practice has top of the range scanners and my end result was beyond far better then what I could of ever imagined. Though out the process the staff stayed In touch with designs and I felt 100 percent in the picture and heard. I would highly recommend Mak and the team at Synergy dentist in Macclesfield. The price was very reasonable, and the level of care was outstanding.
I had 9 composite veneers and gum surgery and now have a wonderful smile.

As someone who’s always been terrified of the dentist (like a ridiculous, don't even like going for a check up, type fear), I can’t express how grateful I am to have been put on Rhiannah Alladice and Beth Davies service at my dentist (synergy dental, Bury). From the moment I arrived, they treated me with such kindness and patience, not looking down on me or making me feel like a nuisance- they really eased my anxiety.

I have had an ongoing issue since May (waiting for NHS referral) and i had to keep going back to the dentist (at least once a month) because of infection and pain. Rhiannah was incredibly gentle and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and never rushed me, always checking that I was okay and comfortable. Her calm, professional manner made a world of difference. Rhiannah is so cool and calm, it really puts you at ease.
Beth was so good at distracting me with small talk and always making me laugh (which isn't usual for me at the dentist!!).

Rhiannah and Beth were so welcoming, always greeting me like a friend and talking to me like an equal. Their compassion and kindness meant so much to me that it helped me stay calm and feel safe with them, it made me trust them enough to cancel my referral and allow them to extract my tooth.

Thanks to their care, what I expected to be a terrifying experience turned out to be less so. Beth, very kindly, held my hand (I am a grown woman haha) during my procedure. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I can’t recommend Rhiannah and Beth enough. They truly go above and beyond. Honestly, now that my problem is fixed (hopefully), I'm going to miss seeing them!

I would also like to say that the receptionist, Monika, was very lovely every time I called/went in (which was a lot!) And when there were no appointments, she helped me get advice and care from the dentist while I waited for an appointment.
