A very friendly professional engineer. Robert installed the EV charging system efficiently clearing up as he went along. The installation was very impressive.

Excellent customer service! Ed was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was completed promptly and to a high standard. If you need someone to install, repair, or service your EV charger, this is the place to go!

Had my Ohme charger installed by George from synergy. From start to finish he kept me informed of the whole process. There was an issue with the charger needing to be reset due to no mobile connection. George contacted Ohme and made sure the charger was reset and ready to go. He is a real asset to synergy EV and provided excellent customer service which sadly these days is lacking. Well done George and thank you.

I can honestly say that Synergy EV are a company that are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the start to the finish this company has exceeded all expectations. When using a company that's going to work in your home it is natural to have some questions and be a little apprehensive. When I called Synergy EV to ask some questions about the EV charger installation the company Director Luke was more than happy to answer any questions I had and dispelled all apprehension I had prior to the call. I can say he was well on the ball. On the day of the installation the team arrived and Steve and Charlie were absolutely superb. Professional, approachable and wanted to complete the installation to the highest standard, no rush job to install & get home at the expense of the standard of work.

Steve and Charlie did a fantastic job installing an Ohme car charger and all the electrical equipment. The work was carried out with very little disruption to our home, and looks very neat, especially taking into account the uneven walls they had to work on. They were both obviously skilled in their work, and provided me clear answers to all the questions I had for them.
They arrived on time, and spent nearly 4 hours doing all the work, leaving our home clean and tidy.

Absolutely 100% spot on! I cannot recommend this company highly enough! 10/10 5☆☆☆☆☆. I had a bad experience with another company before using Synergy EV. Well chalk and cheese. Firstly Synergy EV called before they arrived for the servays, they actually then turned up at the agreed time and date. I then got the quote in a very timely fashion. Danny the installer (fantastic) a really nice, very knowledgeable guy. The same one who came an did the servay. Well he again turned up at 10:30 this morning for an 11am appointment. (Early) 👍 He has now left, just over three and a half hours later. Everything is working absolutely perfectly, a very nice clean tidy install of my new Ohme charger. I could not be happier. Unfortunately through no fault of the installer Danny the charger wallbox unit itself was actually faulty. Danny got another one from the van, installed that one and fully tested it. He wouldn't leave until I made sure it started the charge on my vehicle. He fully explained everything and answered every single question I sent his way. He showed me all the functions of the charger and the app and he helped me set up my tariff etc. I really could not have asked for a better service or a nicer guy to come and install it. Nothing was too much trouble nothing was a problem even when there was a problem with the unit itself. He also cleaned up after himself and more importantly he did a very good job! (I can be fussy) I genuinely would now 100% recommend SynergyEV to anyone I knew that was considering an EV home charger. From start to finish the whole process was so easy. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Thank you again guys! I really do appreciate it and to Danny the installer 10 out of 10 mate thanks again very pleased with the job. 👍

Earlier this month we had the team from Synergy EV come and install our Ohme charger. We were previously told by Synergy EV that the job would be bigger than normal - given that the electrical box for our house was under the stairs and that the cabling would need to go along the skirting board which might take up space in our narrow entrance hall, before being drilled through our expensive front door. The day of installation arrived and we were both apprehensive as without the EV charger we couldn't collect our new car which was waiting on collection. Steve and Charlie arrived on time to our house and could not have done a better job! They were just brilliant! Not only did they manage to find a route under our property so as to hide the entire cabling all together - but they did the whole job with such a positive, friendly attitude making the whole installation stress free! Their professional work and tidiness was excellent! I couldn't recommend them any more! I hope everyone that has an EV charger installed gets to deal with Steve and Charlie! Brilliant!

Charlie and Steve installed my EV charger today. They were very thorough and even hoovered up afterwards. They were very polite - asking if they should take their shoes off etc They worked without a break and produced a neat clean installation. They even connected my phone App to the charger. I give them 5/5.

From first enquiry to installation .. EASY and I did not have a clue !
Online Survey was straight forward enough, installation was speedy and efficient all in time for my ev delivery.
Steve the installer called me on the morning to let me know traffic was bad and delayed 20 mins , very nice guy who explained everything to me .
All left clean and tidy no mess at all
Overall great service from all the team would recommend 100%
