I wasn't made aware of System76 until recently, and that's probably because I have used and supported Windows for 20 years or so. I have recently migrated all my devices to some flavor of Linux. Upon researching laptops with good Linux compatibility, I came across your website. The more I read, the more I liked. Your commitment to Open Source, you're commitment to allowing customers to repair their own devices, the solid construction and performance... it all comes together nicely. The only downside if I'm being fair, is price, but I don't hold that against System76. The world is crazy right now and we're all doing the best we can. Especially given all the aforementioned positives. I will keep you guys in mind for any future endeavors. Be well.

A good website that actually works. This is incredibly rare these days. I have never had issues with System76.

The sheer choice made my laptop exactly what I hoped it would be. The price was up there I'll admit, but with the direction AI is pushing hardware, I chose to upgrade now. Pop OS is fast proving itself a great system.

Customer service and craftsmanship and I am coming to upgrade my house with their computers

Well designed, delivered quickly, good choices for compoments. A touch screen would be handy.

Tech staff explained what had changed in OS distributions since six years ago and the implications for transitioning from an old meer4 with Ubuntu 24.04 to a new meer10 with Pop!_OS 24.04. Main point is that Pop!_OS is provided with DEB packages only but supports flatpacks which may better suit single-user systems. The main issue is the location of configuration directories.

Won't touch any other laptop. Esp. as they implement Coreboot... freedom in an unfree world.

Great performance, great display. I've had mine for about a month now. I intended to test more on the limits of it's graphics, but so far, thumbs up.

Love the Meerkat, It is small, fast and quiet.
It does everything I want it to do while freeing a lot of desk space.

Great kit, not cheap, but great total cost of ownership over the journey. For a development machine these are great.

build quality is horrendous. just finished paying it off, and about to throw it in the trash

Nvme drive failed while under warranty, new drive was shipped, very easy process. Very satisfied
