Hei, system air hjalp til å ordne når byggmester selv ikke fulgte opp.

De leverer når gratis deler som skal til for å regulerer gjenvinningen noe byggmester ikke informerte eller ordnet opp i.

Veldig bra support

Maybe for the truck drivers it looks nice but the reality of this company is totally different. I was working there and from all my "adventures" this is the worst place to work if you're not dutch.
-They are totally racist and do not respect other workers.
-You'll get one shirt, max two and the boss tells you to wasch one every day - he knows we live like 6 people in one house and it's all SystemAir employees and he still tells us to wash it every day.
-There is even no fridge in the cantine - the middle brake is 45 minutes but you cannot bring normal food because you are garbage who shouldn't eat... If you're dutch then you'll get a key and then you have access to the fridge.
-Training - terrible, I was with someone only for a week and after that they just drop you in the deep waters to build a new unit alone.
-Technical drawings are always incomplete and almost always with mistakes and those are your only instructions.
-If you don't know something you should walk around and ask experienced workers, who are also busy with their work - so after a week I was drowning in stress, because every new unit is totally different from another and you have no chances to check how to do it correctly and there is also a limited time - of course - so the quality of all this systems is worse than terrible.
-If you are a customer of this company I think you should DM me and I'll show you pictures from the inside with some serious fuckups that are going to you as "perfect" and you pay really waaay too much for this amateurism.
-More then half of people are english speaking but every meeting there is a dutch guy who speaks in dutch to english speaking workers.... about their work and targets (guy can speak perfect english btw). I mean how much privileged or entitled you must feel to act like this? Huh, your majesty??
-People that are logistic or only material they are paid the same amount as monteurs and we have much more responsibility, the work is much harder and you need to have more than basic technical knowledge and sense to do it... So that's another great idea... it will boost the motivation of the most important element in your company - monteurs... bravo you idiots...
-Inside affairs, weird politics and much more shit is going on there.
It hurts me to see how a good name company is really a cave with nationalists and slave owners having their fun with us.

Skrekk og gru!

Appen deres tar evigheter å åpne. Tar tiden, etter mer enn 3 minutter, får man meldingen «Error loading home». Og man må logge på for hver eneste gang. Har gitt beskjed om dette, og dere gidder ikke ta tak i elendigheten. Er det MULIG??? Neste ventilasjonsanlegg blir ikke fra dere!

Ikke kast bort penger på dette makkverket!

Har bolig fra 2019 med system air anlegg. Dette fungerer veldig dårlig. Inneklima er mye dårligere enn i min forrige bolig fra 1980. Samtlige som kommer innom klager også på dette. Har vært i kontakt med både montør og Systemair direkte uten at man får noen forklaring på dette. Det sies at luften skal bytte ut i løpet av noen timer. I mitt hode kan ikke det fungerer som det skal når det på en sommerdag kan være 30 grader inne å på morgenen er det fortsatt 24 grader når temperaturen ute har ligget på kanskje 10-15 grader å man ikke har varmegjenvinning eller annen varme påstående i boligen. Dette er langt i fra ett godt produkt.
Systemair burde i det minste tilbudt seg å dra ut gratis for å se på anlegget å hva som evt kan være feil eller hva som kan gjøres for å få det til å fungere bedre. Dette med ventilasjon virker det hovedsakelig som om noen med penger å tjene på det har fått igjennom som en "standard" på nye boliger. Å bare tallene ser bra ut spiller det ikke noen rolle hva realiteten faktisk er ser det ut til.

Elendig kundeservice - kjøpte stort nytt anlegg. Viftereim røk etter 6 mnd bruk på helt nytt anlegg i nytt hus. Systemair nektet å rette uten kompensasjon. Snakket også med CEO uten at de klarte å ordne dette uten ekstrabetaling.

Vær på vakt - dårlig kundebehandling, og ekstra svakt når CEO heller ikke ser hva som er riktig å gjøre.
