T-mobile oszukuje ludzi konsultacje prowadzają błąd i nie są przyznać się do tego najlepiej nagrywa z rozmowę i podpisywa umowę tylko nagraną telefonicznie Będą wybierać się

Co tu oceniać? Tu, gdzie mieszkam po prostu zasięgu nie mają. W najbliższym miasteczku nie mają punktu usługowego - chyba im się nie opłacał przy braku chętnych w promieniu kilkunastu km.

They are activating additional services by themselves without noticing you. The support is a mess - they don't even know themselves what additional fees they are charging, which are listed in the T-Mobile app with no definition except saying "outside of subscription": when I asked, they couldn't answer what the service was that they silently activated and made me pay. There are also "Inne opłaty" in the invoices, which they don't know themselves what is that. A bunch of scammers.

I had a solid experience. Got a sim card for mobile data. Price is okay, service was friendly:)

Costumer service was horrid. Being in costumer service for so long I am irritated in the lack of professionalism. Upon entering we weren’t welcomed quickly. Then from across the room shouted at us to get us on a waiting list. Asked why we were there then rushed me to stop talking with several “okays.” I noticed they were busy but saying excuse me to a costumer to properly welcome and get a waiting list started takes no time at all. After being called and being with our sales person he was very unpleasant. Very as a matter of fact instead of helping us understand. We made a huge purchase because we went in with a few things we wanted in mind. Of course he came around at the end but who wouldn’t cheer up after you spend over a $1500 dollars, giving him a pretty hefty and easy commission. All in all not impressed with the people anytime I go. I do enjoy the service and I haven’t had any issues there.

W pobliskim miasteczku nigdy nie mieli swojego salonu - pozostali operatorzy tak, choć realia wykosiły ostatnio pomarańczowych, co chyba biorą z T-Mobile zły przykład. To dobry operator, jak ktoś chce mieć telefon, co nigdy nie dzwoni, bo zasięgu nie ma. A o Internecie nikt tu chyba nie słyszał. I nawet słynny piłkarz nic tu nie pomoże

It is a company which always will remind you your obligations but always will forget theirs. There is no client support at all. Repeating n times that in contract is written this and that is not the answer to the question "I have this situation. How it could be solved?". Or giving the email nobody is responding. If you dont want to waste time I sugest to look for other solution. One customer will share his bad experience with many and T-mobile shouldnt forget it.

Worst sh-it ever. Do not sign any contracts with this operator, better try smt another (orange and play same)

Very poor service in poland.. even their website not have option for English language user.

T- mobile Polska. Nigdy ale to prze nigdy nie zawierajcie z nimi umów! Zasięg jest słaby i nie pozwolą zerwać umowy nawet do 1 dnia po podpisaniu!

Watch out for them! Their customer service just sucks.
