OPENED A CASE FOR NO REFUND FROM A RETAILER AND TABBY CS CANT EVEN BE BOTHERED TO RESPOND OR CHECK THE PROOF PROVIDED. TABBY HAVE NOT REPLIED BACK TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES ON THEIR LIVE CHAT APP.
THIS HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF WORST PLATFORMS IVE EVER USED.
TRUST ME ITS ALL GOOD TILL YOU COME ACROSS A PROBLEM WITH REFUNDS AND OPEN A DISPUTE.
BETTER OFF USING YOUR CREDIT CARD OR JUST CASH.
NEVER AGAIN. THEY HAVE TRIED TO BE LIKE OTHER INTERNATIONAL BUY NOW PAY LATER GROUPS BUT CAN NEVER AND WILL NEVER REACH THEIR STANDARDS.

The lying customer service!
The worst lying customer service!
My card was charged for an amount out of nowhere. When I contacted their customer service, they blamed another website. I contacted the e-commerce website, and they found out that someone else placed an online order using my credentials (I shared the evidence with Tabby). After over a month of follow-ups, Tabby is blaming the e-commerce, and it is blaming Tabby. And now Tabby is pressuring me to either pay the statement or we will forcibly deduct it from your card, and IF the investigation result is in your favor, we will refund the amount in your Tabby account! not even my bank card.
I have checked most of the so called "5 Star reviews of Tabby, they are mainly bot purchased review starts. Trust pilot should do something about that. Better to read Tabby's Google reviews, they look more geniune
