We are a business partner using Tabby as a payment solution, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. Our refund access has been blocked since early March without any clear justification or resolution timeline. Despite multiple follow-ups, the only response we receive is that the issue has been forwarded to the “relevant department,” with no actual progress.

This has severely impacted our operations and customer trust, especially during a time when refunds are critical in the travel industry. A lack of accountability and communication from Tabby makes it very difficult to rely on them as a partner.

We hope they improve their support and transparency going forward.

Outstanding Customer Support and Professionalism

I had an issue that affected me for over a month and caused significant stress. However, the Tabby Customer Care Team handled my case with incredible dedication and professionalism.

They worked with me patiently, day and night, carefully reviewing every detail in a very systematic way. Thanks to their persistence and understanding, my issue has finally been resolved.

I truly appreciate their fairness and the way they stood by what is right. Their support made a real difference for me.

Worst customer service by Sarah & Habiba. Lack of communication and no security in data privacy as they will use your card in fraud transactions

I dont know the name of agent I chatted on twitter, but his help regarding the refund payment was exceptional and I appreciate the clarity he provided regarding the process.

I hope you can provide the Tabby card without the need of more purchases to do online, thus we can proceed with tabby card usage on in-store purchases like the basic daily needs.

The worst service and the worst customer service ever

Tabby always there on time so it's a big help for anyone and of course for me as long you payment on time and not delay

Tabby has been so helpful to me,m y family and friends. It has supporting in budgeting and managing our finances especially when we're financially strained. Tabby is extremely wonderful and important to have in our lives.

It’s very easy to use the application

I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.

The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.
