Taggarts Motherwell have been a great company to buy and service my car from. Always available to help and give advice when needed. Graham couldn’t have done more to help when reviewing my options to buy my second car in September 2018. I had the pleasure of being asssited by the manager Scott on Graham’s day off coming close to my handover and again his service was, as was Graham’s, excellent and focused. Their service team over the year have been amazing too. Prompt and efficient. They are currently working out of a temporary site, which is still fully equipped to service their clients needs, great! First Class service. Bought a new XC40 3 months ago. The process from ordering to receiving my car was first class with updates on expected time of arrival. My parents and I have been buying Volvo's from the time that it was Linn Volvo Hamilton. The salesman who sold me my last 2 cars is David Thompson. Thankyou for the great service once again.

The purchase and delivery of my vehicle went very well. Excellent service from the salesman and Sales Manager.
However, after sales service leaves a lot to be desired. The “incontrol” system is registered to another user and I cannot use it.
Emailed the details to the salesman but no response, phoned several times to be told i would be called back. Never happened.
2 weeks ago eventually got to speak to the salesman who took the details and was going to call back but never did.
Still waiting.

Mostly good. Marc Hutchinson was friendly, responsive and knowledgable. A bit of a delay getting my car, but it did come all the way from China and I wasn’t in a particular rush. Car didn’t have the smart phone integration loaded onto it though so will have to go back again to sort that out.

Everything was so smooth and easy and i love my xc40 .its my second volvo from taggarts glasgow and i will be back for my next one .well done Derek muir

I had professional service from the staff at Taggarts Jaguar, Glasgow. I don't like the call centre system for routing calls into the dealership. It takes time to get through when calling and invariably I believe that the details are not quickly passed onto named staff. They ask questions about the reason of the call instead of just connecting me to the member of staff to whom I want to speak. I have commented on this to management within the dealership. That said, I like my car and am enjoying driving it.

5 star service at its very, very best. Andrew and his team (including Grant and Ross) make the experience flawless. Service advisors and master technicians both approachable and knowledgeable. 12th new Discovery over 25 year period (all supplied by Taggarts Motherwell) surely speaks for itself.

On the whole excellent service, I had a ‘proplem’ with Land Rover Finance but after a ‘number’ of calls/e-mails and discussions with Experian all was sorted.
Still waiting on my “new’ key rings.

Brilliant service, extremely helpful team! Smooth and easy process buying my first Land Rover.

I had a fantastic experience from initial visit to picking up the car.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Taggarts.

Everything went well other than a few minor points. The car was advertised with privacy glass and a load space cover. I had to go back for the load space cover and it does not have privacy glass. The after sales service could be better. I had to ask several times for a copy of the MOT certificate which I needed for my employer and which I was promised would be sent following the sale. Asking for extras prior to sale was met with less than lukewarm enthusiasm. Otherwise good service and car is as advertised apart from points noted above.
