Responsive and positive customer service.

asked about the new tier tracker. This was answered competently.

Uselsss cant do its one job they say I never activated my account can't do the one that simple thing that its made to do lost a lot of money just trusting them. I have proof and billed for activation.

I had a problem with an outdated simcard, i had quick and easy service and as an ekstra bonus he also refunded some money that i did not know had been paid whilst trying to get it to work super good service

Customer service is excellent and fast. As for the product, it is necessary to improve it, make it more resistant and with better reception. My Tail it bike stopped working after 3 months. They changed it without a problem.

Umulig å få tak i kundeservise, få logget inn eller få sagt opp abonnementet! Styr unna!

The Customer Service Is Good, My Tail It for bicycle not working and send me to México a Mini GPS tracker (free). I prefer to recieve a same Tail It for bicicle but is OK, i hope in some way put on My bycicle.

I havent been able to test my device yet because i waited too long and my sim card expired. The Tailit support team helped me right away and sent me a new sim card.

We had greate experience with the servce when ever it have been a problem with the watch, but the quality of the watch have not been the best.

Kjøpte en Tail it i oktober. Fikk den ikke til å virke og det viste seg at det var feil på sim-kort. Kontaktet kundeservice og fikk snart tilsendt nytt. Da det fortsatt ikke virket prøvde jeg å kontakte de igjen for å heve kjøpet. Nå har jeg prøvd å få tak i noen der i snart to uker. Jeg har sendt flere henvendelser via kontaktskjema og jeg har ringt hver dag innenfor åpningstid. Da jeg til slutt kontaktet de på facebook fikk jeg svar, men da jeg forklarte problemet og hva jeg ønsket sluttet de å svare. Dette er useriøst og direkte svindel.

I had Tail it Pet. I tested the device and then charged it full. When cat came home, i turned tracker on and put it on cats collar. When cat left, device wasn't working anymore. Didn't get even single location update. Cat came back next day without the tracker. And there is no way to cancel the subscription on tail it web page. Completely useless waste of money.

Personally I am extremely content and happy with my purchase of the “Tail it Pet GPS”! I was doing routine research into a GPS for my loved cat, so he could roam freely at our cabins during the summers and winters, and after a few months I quite randomly bumped into this one, and boy am I glad I did!
This GPS is all good in all the right places and features!
By reading the reviews of this GPS, I am somewhat baffled. I don’t think the majority of Tail It’s costumers quite understand what this GPS is used for, and what limitations a GPS naturally faces. As someone who has been an avid user of small gps units, typically in the form of Sports Watches since the early 2000’s. I think it’s great!
What’s important for a GPS your cat will wear is it’s size, battery charge, how well it can be attached to your cat, and how easily it lets you find your cat when ever you want to.
After having owned the GPS for a good 3 months, and having had my fair share of trial runs I just don’t understand a lot of these negative reviews. I think if you expect the GPS to be an activity logger, gps tracker, AND for it to have a decent lasting battery charge to boot that can handle rapid updates without killing the battery quickly, and for all of this to come in a tiny 22g package. Then you’re not understanding the technology. This GPS unit is a measure for us nervous pet owners who want that next level of security for our furry ones, it’s not designed to be an activity logger, or a form of entertainment that you can continually observe the “live tracking” feature. It’s for us owners who have a little faith our cats won’t jump into a wood chipper the first chance they get, for us owners who are content by being able to check on our furry one a few times each day, and to be able to find our cats at any given time should the need arise. If you buy this thinking you can observe the live tracking continuously and NOT have the battery charge suffer, you should keep looking. This is a bare minimum comfort for us owners, but it’s a solid and reliable bare minimum comfort. So far this GPS has led me to my cat each and every time I have required it to, and by using the light and sound function it made an easy go of it too!
(I later trained my cat to correlate feeding of wet food with the beeping sound from the GPS, so now I just turn the sound on when ever I want my cat home and he will come sprinting at the sound of the beeping thinking it’s time for wet food, which i always reward him after returning to me by the beeping function)
At the beginning I would check up on my cat maybe 4-8 times each day, only for long enough to make sure he’s okay and near by, and I would use it for longer while going out to fetch him, at this time the battery charge would last for 9-10 days. Once I gained some trust in my cats knowledge of the local area and I stopped frequently checking up on him, the battery charge would last for 20-22 days(which is a good while longer than the manufacturer claims it should last)

This GPS is for you if you…
1. Have a little faith your cat is not suicidal.
2. Don’t feel the need or lust to continually observe your cat on the map.
3. If you just want to do some quick checks on your cat every now and then to assure it’s okay,
4. If you need to be able to locate your cat reliably whenever you need to.
5. If you want to pay a reasonable monthly fee, 6$ a month.

This GPS is NOT for you if you…
1. Think your cat is suicidal and wanting to escape from you.
2. Want to observe your cat on the map for prolonged sessions each day.
3. Want a activity logger for your cat that you can analyze.
4. Think the 6$ monthly fee is not enough and would like to pay more.
5. If you expect the GPS to have godlike functions, like not loosing its signal when the cat hides under a stone fence or under someones house or balcony. (Tail it will loose the signal every now and then, but the cat will ALWAYS be near where the signal was lost, if it moves from that space the GPS will notice.) Or if you think the GPS hanging off a cats collar will give you a constant margin of error by less than 0.5yards. (Tail it will vary on rudimentary factors like signal strength, line of sight, etc.. but your cat will always be within the reach of the beeping sound being audible when trying to locate it)

To me it seems more like a case of wrongful expectations to what this GPS delivers, rather than the GPS being of poor quality. I’m curious to what GPS all the haters ended up with in the end. It won’t have the same stats as Tail It, that’s for sure, somewhere, the GPS will have to give up one stat to improve another. I suspect the size and weight is what most other GPS units sacrifice for a battery large enough to support activity loggers, 24/7 surveillance, etc..

I can't review how the product works, because I never got it activated, their web site crashed afted - hey, after payment was successfully charged to my card - then sent web site form, email to support - no reply. Web site, account - zero help. I think about which recycle bin to put it in. Is it electronics or total waste of time bin.

Nå har eg fått testet den i nokon dager, er super fornøyd. Det einaste er batteriet, det står at det skal vare i 1 uke, men eg må lade kva kveld. Dette kan også vera feilbruk på min side. Kundeservicen var under noko oppdatering når eg ringte fyrste gongen, når dei var tilbake i sving ordna dei opp på under minuttet.
