Taja レビュー

This was my first experience ordering from this store and although I was skeptical about what to expect i was plesently surprised. There is a good range of products to choose from and the prices are extremely reasonable.

The website was easy to navigate I found it quite intuitive as was the payment process.

My delivery arrived today, I was happy with the service and appreciated the update on a few items in my shopping list. Service with a smile and politeness was key for me, 10/10 for that alone 😊

Every item I unpacked from my bags I showed to my husband and marvelled at how fresh and fragrant they all where, weird how anyone can get excited about Bangladeshi lemons but if you know you know! 😉

Overall I was happy with my purchase start to finish and I will be purchasing again.

The only suggestion I would make is perhaps introduce some fresh lamb and steaks. I think these would be popular and I can retire my husband from food shopping! 😃

I had a really positive experience ordering from Taja Store. The quality of the products was excellent, with a great selection of rice, different varieties of fish, fresh vegetables, dry foods, snacks, and other essentials.

What impressed me most was their customer service. My location is actually outside their usual delivery area, but they were very flexible and made a special arrangement to deliver my order. The whole process was smooth, communication was clear and friendly, and everything arrived on time.

It is so reassuring to find a store that combines good-quality products with genuinely helpful and flexible service. I really appreciated the extra effort they made to accommodate my delivery.

Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for quality South Asian groceries, fish, and everyday essentials with reliable service. I will definitely order from Taja Store again!

A Great Initiative for Bengali Grocery Shopping!
I came across Taja while scrolling through Facebook Reels and decided to give it a try, as there aren’t many online platforms that make shopping for everyday Bangladeshi grocery essentials so convenient. I must say, I had a very positive experience!
The delivery service was excellent, the product quality was very good, and everything arrived as promised. I was also impressed by their customer service, as they were always available over the phone whenever I tried to reach them.
There are just a couple of areas where I think Taja could improve. The website could be made more user-friendly, and I would love to see a wider selection of halal meat, particularly beef and mutton, as the current options seemed a little limited.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the experience and would happily give Taja 5 stars. We often see online grocery platforms catering to Indian, Pakistani, and other South Asian communities, but there are still relatively few options dedicated to Bangladeshi groceries. Taja is a fantastic initiative that helps fill this gap, and I’m genuinely happy to see a service like this growing. Wishing the team continued success, and I look forward to shop more from them

I ordered some Salaam Cola and was pleasantly surprised that Taja had them in stock and at a reasonable price / delivery fee.

The Website is easy to use, being able to select a specific delivery day was a huge plus, payment was easy and recieved an email confirming my order almost immediately.

I received another email on day of delivery to confim delivery is on the way and actual delivery was smooth and polite.

Based on my experience, I will use Taja again and would recommend to others.

Amazingly good price. Spot on delivery. Very happy with the service.

Excellent seller. Went out of his way to post the items and also took care to individually wrap each pickle glass jar and it was received without any damage. Also good communication and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and will buy again.

First time ordering with Taja and they didn’t disappoint! Hand delivered to our door and with excellent customer service and a smile! Would definitely use again. They had a wide variety of products available.

As a working mother, finding time for the weekly grocery shop can be really difficult. My husband also works long hours, so fitting shopping around work and family life is always a challenge, especially Asian grocery shopping, where many items, such as large bags of rice, are extremely heavy and bulky.

I recently discovered Taja, and so far, the service has been fantastic. What I particularly love is that the groceries are not sent in parcels through DPD or another postal service. An actual Taja delivery person comes directly to your home and personally drops the groceries at your door, which is brilliant and very convenient.

Everything has arrived fresh, carefully selected and in excellent condition. The service is friendly and reliable, and it saves us so much time and effort.

So far, so good I’m very impressed and will definitely continue shopping with Taja. I would highly recommend them to other busy working parents and families!

As a busy working mum, asian grocery shopping is usually pushed towards the end of my list of chores. Heard about Taja and decided to take the plunge - so glad I did! They were efficient, great with communication and their website was so easy to use. Thanks Taja!
