I had initially ordered a PodPoint installation but after 4 months and still waiting, I cancelled and got recommended to Take Charge. Was installed within a week, the installer Paul did a great job, tried his best to hide wires and even has no wires showing on the outside just the charger - very neat. Took his time to measure etc and drill in the right places and check walls for pipes etc. Communication from Take Charge was excellent too. Highly recommend.

I received a favourable quote from Take Charge ECO so decided to proceed and place my order with them. They were knowledgeable and recommended a neat slim charger (Easee1), much nicer looking than some I’d seen. It was available with several cover colour options so I was able to order an anthracite grey one which matched my windows and doors. I can’t comment yet on the operation of the charger as I’m currently waiting for my first EV to be delivered. However, it was installed efficiently and as per quoted timescale and then tested by the installer, so I’m not expecting any problems. Overall, Take Charge performed well and all the certificates and paperwork were dealt with quickly. I’d recommend them based on my one experience.
