What an amazing product to have for my kids scooters ! So simple and yet so effective . Love the name love the style and it’s just an awesome product well done scoot lock !

Great lock for my scooter! It feels sturdy, it’s easy to use, and gives me peace of mind when leaving my scooter outside. The quality is great, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable scooter lock.

Editing my original review to uograde: the scoot lock was swiftly dispatched, with a handwritten note and QR code for a YouTube video demonstrating how to fit. On receiving the item, I thought the plastic cap was broken - don't do what I did and make sure you watch the video, it makes sense how it works! I reached out to Cheryl via the website online form, and she has been very communicative explaining the issue - I suspect this query comes up on occasion so try the video first. The lock itself is solid and functional. Sadly, it is only really designed for young children's scooters, from mini up. My son's Blindside Neo Pro scooter (8+) is apparently too thick as the plastic bracket cracked with only gentle gradual tightening. I'd love to give 5 stars but I can't use it and I wouldn't have bought if I'd known. Cheryl herself is lovely so if you have issues, do reach out, but watch the video first!

Ordered one some months ago for my Daughter's scooter and just recently purchased one for my Son's. The fact they're attached to the scooters and don't require any keys was the biggest appeal for me over a standard lock. It makes the school run much less hassle with the easy mechanism and combination lock. So far, so good!

Lock too small for our Scooter. We had to buy longer screws.
When we made the order we did not recieve an email with an order confirmation. Wood be better if you put more screws with different sizes in the bag.

Ich war nach der Suche von einem Stuntroller-Schloss ohne Schlüssel und mit dem ein 7-Jähriges zurecht kommen würde. Habe den von Scoot Lock beim Nachbarnkind gesehen und geschaut, wo ich es her bekommen könnte. Da bin ich direkt auf den Inhaber dieser Marke gestoßen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Eare aus England kommen würde, habe ich eine Bestellung gemacht und gehofft, dass alles gut geht. So sehr wollte ich den Schloss. Die Lieferung war gar nicht so lange, man wurde immer wieder informiert über den Stand.
Als der Schloss ankam, fand ich eine handgeschriebene Karte drinnen, in der der Erfinder/Inhaber sich für meinen Kauf bedankt hat. Ich finde es sehr nett und persönlich. Man hat gemerkt, es liegt einem sein Produkt einfach am Herzen.
Der Schloss selber ist seit knapp zwei Wochen im Einsatz. Das Kind kommt damit zurecht und ist zufrieden, keinen extra Schloss und Schlüssel mitschleppen zu müssen.

Top !! système très pratique qui fait le job

Bought four of these - all different colours for our kids scooters. The quality is great and the newer design makes it almost impossible for our children to accidentally change the lock code. When we’ve asked questions about the product answers have come back quickly with good detail. We originally bought all the same colour thinking it would avoid arguments but the children actually wanted different colours. I contacted the company and they helped to sort out changing the locks super quick. I’m really happy with the product and the kids find them easy to use.

After an issue with the parcel being damage/stolen during delivery the company sent me a replacement item successfully.

it is the best thing I have ordered from the internet in terms of quality, design and how easy it is to use. I made it for my little brother as a gift and he was very happy with it. I recommend you try it for yourself or your children 10/10

Complete silence
I completed an order on their homepage but didn’t receive a confirmation. Then I wrote to them and asked them to please cancel the order - and to confirm this with me. I still didn’t hear anything back.
And now I am asked to review them on trustpilot. But I don’t know if they received my order and my cancellation.
