Hello,

As per the emails we have sent in response to your requests we have not received an item back with a note included matching your name or order number and we have no been provided a tracking number by you so we can look up the return item to try and sort this for you. Unless we can be provided a tracking id for the returned item or receive an item in the coming days with information matching your details we cannot refund the order.

Hello Tracy,

If you item was purchased during December you are still eligible to return the item we are sorry if this was not explained by the agent you spoke to via email. Unfortunately if your order was placed earlier than December 1st we may not be able to offer a return on the item.

Hello Ben, As per the multiple conversations we have had with you over both email and facebook we replaced the damaged box via express and it was with you within 2 business days. We can only apolgise for damage cause by third party couriers.

As explained in our emails to you we apologies for fedex delivery failure and sent a replacement. We also refunded the cost of the express shipping to you. Unfortunately this is peak season and we are a small third party who have no power when it comes to the quality of service from couriers.

Hello Michael, As per our emails you provided an incorrect address at checkout and as such the item was delivered to this incorrect address unfortunately as we have provided our service of delivering a product to the provided address there is nothing further we can do.

Hello, We are sorry to hear you found this misleading but we do make it clear on the product page for all product the material used and if they feature a coating of a secondary metal. I would advise if you are not happy with an item that you contact the team in regard to a return.

Hello Irshad, you placed an order with us in 2 parts for multiple items. Upon delivery you claimed some of these items were missing we took you at your word for this and immediately shipped the items you said were missing from your order via 24 hours service which we have proof of delivery for that next working day. We are unsure how else we could have resolved this situation any quicker. I can also see we have emails from you were we communicated the replacements were sent and you thanked us for our communication.

Hello Susan, unfortunately as per our email correspondence the address you provided at checkout was incorrect and as such the item was delivered to this incorrect address and as per our policy were incorrect information is provided by the customer leads to the loss of an item we cannot be held responsible should this item go misdelivered.
