Excellent Customer Service

Unfortunately the item I’d ordered was unavailable. However, the customer service team reached out very quickly and offered a solution to the problem, and processed my refund right away when requested. 10/10 service, thank you Emily and the Talishko team.

New TALISHKO team knows what they are doing!

In 2024 I ordered a hoodie that unfortunately never arrived, however the new TALISHKO team really came through and delivered a new hoodie completely free of charge! They were very helpful though the whole experience and the new hoodie is very nice!

I orderd a couple peaces a few months


I orderd a couple peaces a few months back and only got half the order. After not ansewring my messages on their service center for a long time i wrote a review on trustpilot they reached out to me to solve the problem. The products themself a pretty good

Your original order issue occurred under previous brand management. When our new team took over, we personally reached out to resolve past issues and sent you the missing items completely free of charge, absorbing the cost ourselves even though you paid the former owner.

Since we took full accountability and resolved your issue at zero cost, a 3-star rating is disappointing. Nevertheless, we are glad your problem is solved and hope you enjoy your products!

I had a problem with my package. The team was very responsive, they quickly contacted me to find a solution. They were very professional and understanding and offered to return the correct order to me while allowing me to keep the item received initially.

The order was delivered twelve days after it was placed, two to prepare and ten in transit, which is the window shown at checkout. Our production and warehousing run across several countries, China among them, the same as most of the brands already in your wardrobe, and we have never pretended otherwise. Where a piece is sewn is not what decides whether it is any good. If this one is not, we would rather have it back than have you keep it. Returns run without an argument from us, so email help@talishko.com and we will open it from our side.

Horrible customer service

I ordered my hoodie (a gift) on Dec 26th. No updates for 10 days. I called them - no answer. Emailed them and they said that I didn't leave an email address on the order so no tracking could be provided AND that they didn't have the hoodie I wanted. I emailed asking for a different hoodie and they didn't respond again so I had to double email asking for a refund or a discount but they said the other hoodie I wanted was ready for order fulfillment so I went ahead with the order. Another 10 days of silence and no updates for my delivery. I emailed them 3 more times back to back to back. My order was still awaiting fulfillment. Horrible customer service, contact methods, communication, and reply methods. Luckily they processed my refund.

Everything in this account is accurate, and it happened under the previous owners of the store. You were refunded and the pieces stayed with you. Two ten day silences on a Christmas gift is not something we are going to dress up, and the root of it was a catalogue still advertising items that had already sold out. That has been fixed, stock is reconciled weekly now. The store changed hands after this order, which is easy to claim and only worth judging by the dates on the reviews sitting under this one.

Nice sweatshirt but I paid for better


I paid for better shipping and still didn't have the order for Christmas
Also realized after I wrote this review that the item I received was a knockoff of a popular brand and was diff than the item advertised.

The sixteenth to the twenty seventh is eleven days, and paying for the faster option and still missing the date is a fair thing to be annoyed about. Peak season explains it and does not really excuse it. Good that the sweatshirt itself came through.

Honestly? I didn’t expect much since it’s an online drop, but the quality blew me away. Stitching, print, and fit are all A+.

Bought for my kid, got jealous

Grabbed a hoodie for my son, now I want one too. The quality’s crazy and he won’t take it off 😂.
