This company is a SCAM. Ordered a cowboy hat (Roper) and they state on their website that "ALL HATS COME IN A BOX." Mine came in an envelope and the hat was crushed / bent. I contacted the company who falls under SunFay and they offered me a 20% refund on a hat that they themselves caused to be damaged by not putting it in a box. I advised them that I wanted a full refund and they came back with 40%. Mind you, I also paid for shipping insurance. They could not tell me what the shipping insurance was for or how it could be applied to the damaged beyond repair hat. They advised they would give me a full refund, but I would have to send the hat back to China. The website shows the hat made in Mexico, and the hat looks nothing like the hat pictured on their site. The hat shipped from a vendor in Gary, IN. I paid $7.99 for shipping , yet they claim it has to be sent internationally which will be at my cost (well over $20). They fail to answer the simplest questions, and continue to respond to my email without any answers. The company is nothing more than a SCAM / FRAUD. They are from China and pretend to be an American hat company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY.

Do not buy from Talonhat. They claim that every hat is custom designed in the US and handcrafted by experts, with a reputation on quality and service.

Reality - The hat gets shipped in from a company called Sunfay in China. On arrival it was a very soft felt hat with no solidity to it... and much more like a fancy dress item than a genuine hat.

Also, the sizing was all wrong. I ordered a XXL which is meant to be a size 60-62 but it is more like a 55.

An absolute waste of money. Looks nothing like the hats in the images. A total rip-off.

I'm going to have to reclaim from PayPal as the actual hat is appalling for the price.
