It is a scam, avoid buying from them.
Big SCAM!

It been over a year still no products. Still no reply from seller. But the money wast still taken.
I wouldn't buy from then if they were the last retailer on line. That's if they actually retail.!😡🤬

I cant give it 0 stars so I was forced to put 1.This place is a scam ,do not buy from them ,they sent me 2 totally different hats and sizes that can't even fit my head.They won't send me a refund and they stopped replying to my emails...It says there office is in San Diego so I'm definitely going to PULL UP

These people are scam artists. Didn't have the product I ordered in stock, promised a refund, and never provided it, instead shipping the wrong item days after promising a refund. I have been in dispute hell with them ever since, while they claim to be processing a refund, which is a blatant lie. Finally got some honesty from someone today that basically said "if you're right, the dispute will work out in your favor", not "sorry, I'll get that refund handled for you" like the previous line of bull they were selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Did not have the hat I ordered so suggested an alternative. I declined the new suggestion and now they decline to provide a refund despite never sending me a hat.

100% fraud. Advertised wool and wool/felt hat. I ordered 3 hats. After more than 3 weeks waiting they arrived all in 1 box. . . ZERO were wool. 1 was advertised as MADE BY STETSON in Garland, Texas. ALL of these "hats" are made overseas from cotton and polyester. THIN and FLIMSY grade. Brims and Crowns won't even stand up. REFUSES to give a full refund. Wants to refund 50% and allow me to keep these hats. ANYONE would be embarrassed to wear these in public. CHEAP Child Costume Grade junk.

Ordered two size XXL, and i was sent medium sizes. I contacted the company via email and they wanted to give me a discount coupon for future purchases. I replied i wanted a full refund. So far no refund. The quality of the hats are cheap, thin polyester blend, and not wool like they claimed on their website. Don't waste your money.

Geht gar nicht! Erst hört man wochenlang nichts von der Lieferung, mehrfache Nachfrage dann nicht lieferbar, obwohl als verfügbar ausgewiesen. Geld zurück verlangt = keine Reakton. Da ganz sicher nie wieder!

I bought the model Owen from this company. The advertisement said it would ship in a box to protect the shape. When it finally arrived it came in a plastic bag. The hat was severely misshapened . It looked as if the hat had been kicked around the block a few times. I contacted the company and they were very slow to reply. When they did reply they offered to replace the hat. I told them I wanted a refund. They offered half refund. I told them I wanted a full refund.
After a month they asked for a picture of the hat. By this time I had thrown the hat out as it was useless to me and of poor quality to begin with. I told themI no longer had the hat and they told me no refund without a picture. Why did they wait so long to request a picture? I think this company is disreputable . I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Agree with the previous review and wished I would have dug deeper on reviews. DON'T DO IT. Hat looks nothing like the picture, took forever to arrive from CHINA and wrong size was sent. Ordered XXL... got Medium. Heard from customer service while awaiting shipment but now, not a peep. Again! SCAM ALERT!!!

Don't do it! Terrible. Website mentioned they were from Arizona....wrong. They're from China. Hat took forever to arrive.
I thought it would arrive in a box...wrong. It arrived CRUSHED in a plastic bag. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES.

Rubbish. Worst quality ever seen. Folded in a wet plastic bag. Hat in the baddest shape you can imagine and in possible to bring it back in shape.

I ordered a hat from these people on 01/17/23, paid them $49.10.
They sent me the wrong size hat, stuffed into a plastic bag inside of a second plastic bag.
I sent them an e-mail requesting they send me the right size and to advise me how to return the wrong sized hat to them.
Here's the latest remedy they've proposed:
a $10.00 coupon on my next purchase or a refund for half of my original purchase.
I imagine the $24.55 they would keep is enough to pay a dozen or so of their 14-year-old laborers for an entire 10-hour shift.

It was approximately 3 weeks from the time the hat order was placed until it arrived. Upon arrival, it was in a standard plastic shipping bag, with no reinforced inner packing and obviously no shipping box. There was a crease in the side of the hat which will not reshape. I wanted a less expensive version of a Stetson, and it is exactly that. They offered $10 off of a future purchase, or offered 1/2 of the original purchase price. Neither of these options are acceptable terms. A full refund is the only acceptable option, and it does not look as though that will happen.

The item arrived 3 weeks after ordering, and was several sizes off to the point where it is unusable. I submitted a request for a return/refund, and they tried to only give me a half-refund, citing their "logistics and production" costs since they are a new brand, as if their business finance is somehow the customer's problem. After several incredibly unprofessional email exchanges, they accused me asking for a full refund as "robbery" and refuse to give the refund. The customer service is also obviously run by someone who is not actually fully fluent in English, and several phrases and sentences did not make any sense. I will be disputing the charge with my bank since they absolutely refuse to give a refund.

Do not buy from this company. False advertising. Product horrible. Bought a silver belly cowboy hat for over $50, its soft and pliable, and made in china. They shipped it in soft packaging sleeve and arrived damaged and punctured. Absolutely garbage from beginning to end. Attempting to arrange a return and refund but not confident at all I'll get my money back.

I would love to review the hat that I ordered but it has not arrived yet. It has been "in transit" for a while. Must be comming on a row boat from China. If I had known it was made in China l would not have purchased. BEWARE!
