I recently purchased bedding from Tagelos, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The fabric is incredibly soft, comfortable, and feels premium. The bedding fits perfectly, washes well without losing its softness, and has made a noticeable difference to my sleep. The design is stylish, and the overall value for money is excellent. I’d definitely recommend Tagelos to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality bedding.

Not as soft as some of the other versions of this I have, hopefully that will change with successive washes. Other than that, everything is great. Love the color. I was hoping the astral blue wasn’t just navy, but a more electric indigo and you totally delivered on that! Looks great. Delivered in a timely manner. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service as my order was taking longer than expected (the standard delivery time). Unbeknownst to me, my order was coming from India. Nowhere on the website says it ships from India, even though it makes it look like it comes from somewhere in the UK. However, customer service was very lovely and handled my worried questions with absolute politeness. Please make this information known, as I would have had a better sense of the timing and would have been less stressed. Overall, my fitted sheet is lovely, deep and organic (hard to find). I might buy more bedding in the future. Like the look of the muslin. Thank you.

I accidentally orders 2 packs of pillow cases and therefore wanted to return one. Completed the return form on the portal and emailed but no correspondence on how or where to return to.

I ordered lake green Muslim duvet cover and pillowcases the colour is beautiful, it's been on the bed a week and already has loads of pulls in the material, I worry for the cost it will not last long, it also has a faded line down it from where it was folded in the packaging, customer service doesn't seem to want to know because it is opened so how was I supposed to know quality without opening it, really disappointed because I looked at a lot of organic bedding and after careful consideration obviously made the wrong decision ☹️.
After customer service saying theyd look into it they came back with a lot of excuses including "Based on the review, this does not appear to be a manufacturing or product quality defect.
Our muslin bedding is crafted from natural cotton fibres and is intentionally designed to be breathable, lightweight, sustainable, and exceptionally soft. One key characteristic of muslin is its relaxed and airy weave, which continues to soften and become more comfortable with use and washing. Due to this delicate construction, the fabric can sometimes be more susceptible to friction from textured surfaces, jewellery, metal fastenings, Velcro, coarse fabrics, pet claws, or similar external factors."
This bedding has been on the bed a week , also they have dismissed the fact there is a faded line straight across the middle of it , so as above customer service are not interested once they recieve your money.

The quality of this product is amazing. Flat sheet has a very ample top fold hem, same goes with the pillowcases. Fabric hand feel is wonderful as delivered; looking forward to after the first cold wash. I'm sure I'll revisit the site for other colours...and any future sales.
