He was very knowledgeable and helpful about the bandanas in stock and what worked best for DTF versus screen printing. I appreciate his patience and guidance. Thanks for having such a helpful person.

Quality hats
I prefer the baseball from Tans. I believe the caps to be superior than some other competitors. It is easy to contact them and they have always responded quickly.

I've always liked your quality and prices, however now that you offer free shipping, that's a big plus and makes a huge difference. In the past your base rate for shipping was $29.00, like a flat rate and even though I've paid in a few times in the past, I did think that was high.

Our go-to supplier for bandanas
We have used TansClub for years for our Team Building and Bonding needs (team identification). The customer service is great. We made a mistake on an order recently, called and they easily handled the situation making sure we got the correct items. Shipping is always fast. Two things I wish were different was to have the ability to create an account and duplicate orders...only limiting this feature to aol and yahoo emails is a little outdated and that they go back to individual folding so it is easy to grab one at a time instead of the dozen laid out together and folded into one big stack. Outside of that they are our go-to supplier. We did one order this year with another entity for cost savings and quickly returned.

You had the product I wanted (polyester handkerchief) in the size I liked.
Ordering was not complicated, and arrived in reasonable time.
I wished there had been more color choices in this size.
And I thought shipping was a little high for the weight and volume. But overall happy

Hello Lisa
Thank you for taking the time to write a review...
We have looked into your concern and found that we are a wholesale company, for small orders, the shipping cost looks disproportionate due to our super low wholesale prices. Customers tend to see lower shipping rates or even free shipping(for orders $99+) when ordering in bulk.
If advertised shipping rates are high, as an option, we do offer customer to email us their shipping label. We will print the shipping label and put it on your package. We will then remove the shipping fees and only charge the merchandize cost. If you would like to move forward with this option, we only offer customers to submit a FedEx or USPS shipping label.
We hope that this information was helpful. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you
Tansclub Team
