Very pleasant experience!
My ordering experience was a very good one. I was confused so I called your customer help line. Your rep was so helpful as he instructed my how to order online and stayed on the phone with me until I had completed it. He then checked to make sure I had completed my order in time for it to be shipped out that same day.
The was a very pleasant experience.

Box came a day late and destroyed
Box came a day late and destroyed.
Wholesale bulk pricing changed from being able to mix colors to now you only get the price break if you get a certain amount per color. I ordered 5 or 600 Bandanas and I paid like I ordered a few dozen. Except on the tyedye ones I did Meet the 25 dz price point. Other than that it was good. Standard Quality stuff nothing spectacular.

We have looked into your concern and found that the transit time from California to Virginia can take 4-5 days in transit. According to our records your order was submitted on Saturday March 8th. (our office was closed) The package was shipped the next business day.
The package was shipped on Monday March 10th and delivered on Saturday March 15th. According to our records, the package was delivered on time.
Based on your concern "Box came in destroyed", We found that the box was damaged in transit as we ship new boxes with no damage.
Moving forward, please let us know if their are any missing or damaged items. We will send you a replacement package if there were any damaged or missing items and file a claim with FedEx. From the image the FedEx driver submitted, we can only see damage to a corner of the box.
We have looked into your concern for the qty. discount, Here is some information that will better explain how our qty. discount works.
For example, if a customer orders 1 dozen of each item of all the items we carry in our store, even though the order quantity is big probably over 100 dozens, the customer won't get quantity discount because such an order will take us long time to pick and pack. In short, the quantity discount is coming from the labor cost being saved on REPEAT items.
Please keep in mind that you can mix and match the colors when ordered by the full dozen to receive the quantity discount. In order for quantity discount to be applied, different colors can be ordered from the same pull-down color menu.
Our system will not recognize in your case

4 doz. Open Center Paisley Bandannas
4 doz. Premium Cotton Solid Bandannas
25 doz. Novelty Deign Bandannas
16 doz. Premium Cotton Paisley Bandannas
Note: The 2 items above highlighted in yellow qualified and applied our quantity discount policy for your information.
If multiple items are being ordered our system will not recognize it as the same item, therefore the system will not offer a total quantity discount

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have looked into your concern and found that we are a wholesale company, for small orders, the shipping cost looks disproportionate due to our super low wholesale prices. Customers tend to see lower shipping rates or even free shipping(for orders $99+) when ordering in bulk. We currently work with FedEx and the Post Office. We do see better rates with the Post Office when customers order by the pieces.
If advertised shipping rates are high, as an option, we do offer customer to email us their shipping label. We will print the shipping label and put it on your package. We will then remove the shipping fees and only charge the merchandize cost. If you would like to move forward with this option, we only offer customers to submit a FedEx or USPS shipping label.

Excellent Turnaround
