Fabulous safari
We had a fabulous time on safari with our guide Lazaro. We saw so many animals close to our van and easily completed the big 5. Lazaro was knowledgeable about both animals and birds and excellent at spotting animals from far away. We always managed to get a great viewing spot especially for the Wildebeest migration accross the Mara river.
The lodges we stayed in were excellent and exceeded our expectations - spotless with hot showers and WiFi and friendly staff. The food was also delicious and the lodges catered for our dietary requirements amazingly well ( nut free, gluten free and vegetarian.

Once in a Lifetime - do this tour
This was an amazing tour. Our guide was exceptional. All hotels and lodges were fantastic. Well organized. We also spent 4 days at the end of the tour in Zanzibar. The only downside was the resort was a long way from a city. So only organized tours could be purchased to leave the resort to see more of the Island. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to relax.

Very experience guide, it was great to have Frank as our guide, a réal magicien in finding the animals
and good travel organisation as well as the accommodations
We were a little disapointed with the sound of silence lodge as we had unfinished tents smelling of paint and not cleaned up on the second night
We booked an activity per mail on our last day which was great but curiosly the Price on the Tanzania Specialist app was much lower quoted as we paied. No explication given and I asked a few times.

What a brilliant experience
We had everything we needed, wanted and wished for. A great guide, perfect accommodations, great food, a full and smooth itinerary, fabulous game drives at times to suit us and we achieved sightings of so many different animals (including the big 5) as they went about their daily business. A fantastic experience in Tanzania
We had a truly fantastic trip with our Tanzania Specialist guide Millya in Dec 2025-Jan 2026. We saw so many amazing ecosystems and animals - including hunting cheetah, lions galore, all sorts of ungulates and a really wide range of lizards, small mammals, birds and bugs. Millya was a true expert who seemed to be able to find anything we wanted to see, and our accommodation was great. We were especially pleased to be able to add a trip to Olduvai Gorge and one to the foot of Kilimanjaro to our itinerary, and our favourite bit of Zanzibar was either the tortoise sanctuary on Prison Island or the long morning spent snorkeling!

**edit: I am editing my original review based on the fact that the companyâs reply below implies we were provided with a mosquito net after escalation at the tent camp. However, no mosquito net was ever installed. I also want to make clear we reached out directly to the company prior to this review to have them address our concerns. We never received a reply, yet on a public forum they decided to âaddress our concernsâ.

Overall, we had a great trip, and Abdul was an outstanding guide. He was personable, knowledgeable, and made our experience very enjoyable.
Our biggest disappointment was our stay at one of the tent camps, which did not provide mosquito nets. We requested one but were told none were available even after contacting customer service through the company while on safari there was no resolution. We left covered in mosquito bites despite being assured the tent had been sprayed while we were at dinner. Had we known this property didn't offer mosquito nets, we would not have agreed to stay there. This was especially disappointing because it was not the camp on our original itinerary. We understand the original property was sold out, but the replacement felt like a lower-quality experience with no adjustment to the price.
Finally, after we had already paid for the trip in full, we were asked to pay an additional fuel surcharge. While we understand that unexpected costs can arise, and we were dealing with our own unexpected travel expenses due to canceled flights and rebooking costs, being asked to pay more after paying in full left us feeling that the pricing could have been more transparent.

Amazing 10 day safari with Calvin
We have just returned from a 10 day safari encompassing 5 different parks. All the recommended accommodation was excellent and our guide, Calvin Kibama was also excellent. We had a private vehicle and he was always willing to accommodate our requests to give us an amazing experience.
July is busy and there is a lot of controlled burning of the Serengeti which limits viewing in some areas. Extra activities were offered but not pushed. I would recommend the balloon experience (donât think about the price the experience is priceless).
Office communication wasnât great as had to keep asking for itinerary and not told of visa requirement (can get on arrival) and need to show yellow fever certificate.

The holiday was perfect
The holiday was perfect, I supplied the names of the hotels I wanted to stay and the safari parks a wanted to go to, they planned it all for me. Our driver for the week was Excellent, couldnât ask for more. We got to see every animal available even black mamba snake. He was very informative not just about the animals but Tanzanian history. We got to see the two rarest animals (hardest to see) rhinos and leopards with great photos as memories. Was finished off with really nice 5 days in Zanzibar to relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
