El temps de resposta a les nostres consultes o a les comandes és molt ràpid.

Ik kreeg de filters opgestuurd terwijl ik toch het abonnement had stopgezet. Dit incident is al eerder gebeurd. Klantenservice is niet echt heel makkelijk bereikbaar en ze komen niet met de juiste oplossing. Ik heb meerdere filters gekocht en één ervan ging al vanaf begin stuk. Maar er kwamen geen duidelijke oplossingen. Nu sturen ze ongevraagd vervangende filters op terwijl ik de dag ervoor alles had stopgezet. En je kan de order heel lastig annuleren. Voor de rest is de waterfilter een fijn product.

I have Pitcher Pro and have used it consistently for a few years. It looks good, is very easy to use and to clean, and the resulting water is delicious.

I recently lost the plastic tube in the lid / filter and contacted Tappwater to ask how I could get a replacement. They were amazing at how quickly they answered and dealt with the request, and immediately sent out a replacement.

I am very impressed at the after-care provided by the company and would recommend them to anyone.

Filtra super bien , el agua sabe a agua. Para mi lo mas importante es que es super cómodo . Antes compraba garrafas de 5 litros y luego tuve una jarra con filtro . Tapperwatter facilita mi vida al 100% con agua buenísima

Después de semanas esperando por el filtro correcto llegan unos recambios que nada tiene q ver con lo que solicité… aún no he podido usar el filtro

How important of professionalism, I’ve been finding water filter for my kitchen tap and I’ve been trying different company, no matter i communicate with them provided measurements with photo, they still don’t get what i need and sent the one which does not fit, so i would send the photo with measurements to another’s company, including this one, the customer service Natalie first came back and only said one thing, “ yep, we should have longer connector for your tap and I can add it into your order” , click, it seem simple but not many can understand. I received today and the one she provided additionally fit perfect. I’m very satisfied with her outstanding performance and also this purchased.

Llevo muchos años con sus filtros y es la mejor decision que tome en mucho tiempo, para ahorrar agua, botellas de plastico y esfuerzo de estar cargando con garrafas ect…

My experience with tapp water was fantastic Adam G fitted myn he was polite and answered any questions I had. He fitted the system efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything clearly with out any technical terms. I felt so guilty though as he was allergic to cats which we didn't know and we a multi cat household. He was very polite about it and just requested if I could open a window which was fine. I really think there should be some thought to customers and engineers with regards to this at it's an uncomfortable situation for both parties. As for the system it's been fantastic less plastic saves money and water quality is amazing,it's changed the taste of the simple things like your cuppa or kids dilute everyone is drinking more and we have a bit extra money in our pockets. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds as a tapp customer. Thanks to Adam G on being so polite and understanding with regards to pets

Ik wil met ze in contact komen maar nergens staat hoe? Alleen via bestelling of retour of product defect maar nergens staat de klantenservice telefoonnummer/ e-mail adres of contact formulier? Dus dat vind ik echt apart.

He probado otro tipo de filtros y la verdad q he notado la diferencia con este, mi hija tiene piel atopica y le ha ido muy bien, no tiene tanto picor. Estoy muy contenta con la compra

I have tried multiple filters before but any of them really cares my hair. I’m using Diamond shower filter and works really well. Also, it was super easy to install.

Filtraggio dell'acqua ottimo, buona portata d'acqua e ottima assistenza. Ogni qual volta si rompe qualche componente si riceve una pronta risposta dall'assistenza che provvede a sostituire il pezzo rotto.
Lo consiglio a tutti, sia per risparmiare soldi che per diminuire lo spreco di risorse (molta meno plastica in giro). Acqua più sicura con meno sforzo.
